If he wins the Owl, I think he may well retire...at least Gunt will hope that happens because then he can say "we wanted him to stay, but it's his choice," then he won't have to trade Nub.
Gunt won't trade Nub unless WMM tells him to...that's the hill he's going to die on.
But if he turns out as well as Elgton Jenkins or Jaire Alexander, Gunt will go down in Packers lore with Ron Wolf.

The Packers didn’t need the cap space to accommodate Cobb’s restructured deal or take on Kelly’s salary, but they created additional room to allow them to spend money on any free agents they may need during the season.
