Since you bumped this one  E-K-B   I locked the other one.  

Minnesota is 8-3... they haven't played much of a schedule, but they're a game worse than the Badgers. They're not a pushover. 

That said, I truly believe in Paul Chryst. He'll have them ready. The defense still rules the day. And I sure would love to see more of #7... he sees the hole and hits it. Clement doesn't. 

The trophy would be even cooler if it was called the "Battle for Lizzy Borden's Axe" !  The artist for the trophy could put a little fake blood on the end, too.    College kids would love it!

Except Lizzie Borden has nothing to do with Wisconsin or Minnesota.  But Paul Bunyan did even if it is fictional. Not cooler, just dumb. 

Give the Goofs 40 whacks and UM/PSU 41.

Whew!  Thanks so much for the logical reasoning, ammo!   For a minute there, I thought TimesFour was suppose to be a bastion of fun.  You are correct!  Lizzy Borden has absolutely nothing to do with this rivalry.  I am so glad you set the record straight because some of these young 'uns on this board might get confused.  Wow!

Ohio State win and Penn State win (against Michigan St) puts Penn State in Big Ten Championship game. Assuming Badgers beat Penn State---some think Bucky could get aced out to a team they lost to who only has one loss. Therefore------Go Michigan! (puke)
