They do...and get the winner of PSU/Mich...

What a conference. Bucky gets a first round bye and likely will play a team that was once ranked #1 in the country in the first round!

Shameful boosting of post counts to post exact thing thing in 2 threads.

Crean to Meyer after yesterdays game, "You know what you did, you helped wreck the program"

Joani Harbaugh needs to understand Crean didn't marry into the family because of his undying love for her. It was to be closer to his role models.

Should be a fun tournament and you stay classy Tom!

This thread was started when I was posting in the other thread. This was the appropriate spot for this post. And also, I went to delete the other post and I also went to add this comments to the above so my post count wouldn't be misleading but editing privs are off. So I guess I will have two more posts than I should have.

Go Bucky and Goldie, I wouldn't eat fake plastic nails... Big Grin
Pat Forde ‏@YahooForde Wisconsin, doing what it does: 6 points in 13 minutes on 3-for-20 shooting vs. Michigan.

And the woes continue. C'mon Bucky! Tired of these anti-Bucky posts and giving the radio hosts up here more ammo about playing "boring basketball!"
Hey TM....those Iowa vibes getting to you? NIT? You HAVE to be talking about the Hawkeyes.

Bucky didnt play bad in the first have....they couldnt hit a shot. Hopefully it was a one half issue.

Anyone who doubts Bo Ryan and his coaching must be too young to remember the pre Ryan/Bennett days. Come on, be real.
It all comes Dow to making shots- the shots have been there in both halves. First half they missed, second half they made. It don't like how the Badgers seem to give up on D when they start scoring. Can't trade baskets Knowing that a drought is likely right around the bend...
No, ammo, Marshall took a relatively wide open 3, good shot, bad form.

Irrelevant now, great win by Bucky. I honestly didnt expect it. Bo with some GREAT adjustments at half (Dakish mentioned that a time or two or 100). And...it is amazing how you can open up a lead when you make your shots.

Indiana next......gonna be tough, but at least they are alive.
Regroup and advance. Bo did after a lousey last three games of the conference and he did it today after a lousy 1st half.

Now having beaten Michigan twice, I don't see why the talking heads say Michigan is a 2 or 3 seed and Bucky is only a 5th. Don't care what else Michigan has done with the rest of the season we are as good or better than them. And it will be proven in the NCAA.

Got to disagree here smu. There were 10 seconds left on the shot clock. He should have worked it back inside. He's young, he'll learn.

We will agree to disagree then. I saw the play....thought he should shoot it and he did. He was open, didnt force anything. Just missed.
In other B10 news, Carmody canned:

Northwestern Sports ‏@NU_Sports Bill Carmody will not return as the head coach of @NUMensBball.

I know he never made the tourney, but he always seems to get the most out of his talent. Duke asst. Chris Collins is the speculation at the moment...
I sure hope "the committee" is watching this tournament. There is no way the Badgers are one of the 17th to 20th best teams in the nation. They are more like 9th thru 12th or at the least 13th thru 16th at this time. They better get the seeding they deserve.

I also think Clark Kellog is one of the few commentators that see the Badgers as they really are, not what people believe them to be.
As an Indiana alum, Kellogg is doing a good job of calling the game without bias, and describing the teams' tendencies well. I think the officiating has been very consistent, as they are allowing the guys to play, but not letting the game get away from them. The Badgers have looked good thus far in the tourney, and will be someone to reckon with in the NCAA Tourney. Good quality basketball all around!
Good luck tomorrow Badgers. You're going to need it. Just kidding, but as an Ohio State alum and Packers diehard it should be another good game. You guys beat us so badly the last time that it actually woke us up and made us a better team. The good thing is we're both in the big dance. Who dances last this year in the NCAA tourney is going to be a guess.
Noticed Tequila_Monster and ShebPackFan disappeared as this game progressed.

I was watching the 2nd half of the UW/Michigan game. Can't a guy critize a team when then shoot 5-29 in the first half?

Yes!
Just an observation.
