Craft really played great D on Jackson today, in his face the whole game.
Badgers beat Michigan during regular season and in Big Ten Tournament. They finish in front of them in the conference and in the Big 10 Tournament rankings. Yet Michigan is a 4 and plays what are essentially home games in Auburn Hills? Michigan also lost to Penn State at the end of the year and played a much easier non-conference schedule.

Maybe because Michigan has several players that are supposedly NBA prospects and plays "prettier" basketball?
Why is a 5 seed insulting? Puts them between #17 and #20 in the nation. I think that is about right. You have to look at more than the B1G tourney...the Badgers lost to Purdue, Minnesota and Iowa.....they are 23-11. Any 11 loss teams seeded above Wisconsin? How does anyone think they deserve better?

That said.....I think they have a good draw to get to the Final 4. Gonna enjoy the tourney and whatever happens happens. Either way, I know Sconnie has the better coach.
And to continue what M C started, we always hear about how you are playing now. Yes they did a poor job in the final week of the conference but did a great job in the B1G Tourny. They beat a NCAA #1 seed, a #4 seed and took a #2 seed into the final minutes before losing. I feel they should be a 4 seed and not have to play a team that has a virtual home game if both teams win their 1st games. They could have made WI a 4, put Syracuse in the west as a 5 and put K State in the East as a 5. That would have worked and would not have made any conference teams play each other too early.

Maybe not insulting- but I feel like they're underseeded. They have more wins against top 15 teams than any other team in the country (IIRC). It's kinda like Bilas said a bit ago- they did not reward who you beat, but punished who you lost to. I don't think that's necessarily fair.
Eleven losses?

Likely punished not only for who they lost to, but for how many times they lost.
