Goddammit Taylor. Make the pitcher work a little bit!
Cutch with a 2 run homer!!! Crew leads 2-1. Woody with 10 Ks thru 5.
And now a double by Wong and a 2 run bomb from Urias.
It's nice to be up in this one 4-1, but it was much more important that Woodruff looked really sharp. If you make the playoffs and can start Burnes and Woodruff to open a series, it puts a lot of pressure on the opposing team.
Boxberger ((check)

Do you rest Williams and Hader now?
Tellez is like a ballerina.
Costanza instead of Williams, at least for now. 2 walks to start the inning.

Shut up Blair.
Williams hairstyle:
Unfortunate.
Just a reminder today's game starts at 11:10 AFF time.
A little morning baseball for those of us in the central time zone. The Rays have Jalen Beeks serving as their opener today, he hasnβt gone more than 2.0 innings in any previous start this season (lasted a max of 2.1 IP in a relief appearance this year). Lefty, Eric Lauer starts for the Brewers.
Work day goes by a little faster with the Brewers on the tube in the background.
One of the many perks of working from home. That was frowned on in the office for some reason.
found a decent stream site if anyone is interested. use at your own risk:
Brewers just got a free out. LOL!
I canβt get the Crew on tv without a shit ton of gymnastics, so when I re-upped my XM I got the sports package (for a Buck a month cheaper that it was before, just follow through on cancellation). I can steam on to my echo dots. Great to listen to Bob again.
Rowdy hits a leadoff homer in the 2nd. After that Rays plate 2 runs in the 4th. In the 5th Mccutchen walked with 2 outs and then Urias hit an 0-2 pitch for a 428 foot homer. Brew up 3-2, Lauer still pitching.
Wow. It's a long way from 2019 when Christian Yelich is asked to sacrifice bunt in the 7th inning with a runner on 1st and nobody out. To his credit, he successfully executed it.
Mini-sweep.
Hader makes it more interesting than normal in the bottom of the ninth, but the Brewers get another road win against a good team.
remember when we used to suck ?
me neither.
Roll out the barrel !!!
SWEET SWEEP!!!!!!!!
Crew has played 9 more road games than hone games⦠hope that bodes well for 2nd half.
I literally just went this far into the season before hearing βGuardiansβ.
Are we all happy now and done? When do they come for the Celtics?
Redskins? Indefensible. Most others? Meant to honor.
Get off my lawn.
Not done yet. See Atlanta.
They should rename them the Bravehearts. Mel Gibson will be the mascot.
That would be interesting on Hug A Jew night.
They could make it Sandy Koufax bobble head night.
almost had the comeback...exciting 9th inning
And tonight a 7 run 2nd inning. Homers by Urias, Huria, and Tellez.
π³ π³ π³ they lost.
Catch up Goldie, yea they lost to the Rays a couple days ago, but they are currently beating the Pirates like 9-0 in the 5th. No one started a crew vs pit thread, unfortunately. Try to stay up to date with comments not thread titles. LOL
Pirates game in a Rays thread? Everyone should know that....

No, they swept the Rays. Both games 5-3. Try to stay up to date.
GRAND SLAM by Adames in the 8th. Now 15-1 Brew Crew.
