When Giannis went down holding his knee, I sat there and yelled no, no, no at the tv.

I have a feeling he’s out for a little while- he was limping. No reason putting him out there against Phoenix.

This was going to be a very tough stretch of games. It’s concerning that they have come apart against LA and Miami on offense- missing open looks, turning the ball over. It looks too damned familiar.

Middleton

Last night:
25% FG%. 20% 3 point%. 12 points.

If I take the ratio of last night to his average:
FG% - He performed HALF of his season average.
3 point% - He performed slightly less than HALF of his season average.
points - 60% of his season average.

If some kid usually gets a 90 in an exam, am I happy if in his last one he got a 45?

He's got to perform at least at 80% of his season average in huge games.

NOT 50%!!!

Giannis should be sitting here until Celtics game at the earliest -- longer if MRI reveals anything.

Agree. If Giannis misses 2-3 weeks, the Raptors may catch them for the 1 seed, but obviously he needs to be healthy for the playoffs.

The upcoming schedule is going to be tough even if he's healthy and there's probably zero chance he plays Sunday or Monday. That's probably two losses right there. Then they have the Celtics, Warriors, Heat, and Grizzles at home. 2-2 is probably the best they are looking at without Giannis in that stretch.

Bucks have 19 games left & Raptors 20 with 2 vs. the Bucks.

Take a good look at the Raptors schedule.

Let's say the Bucks go 9-10 in their last 19 games.

Do you think the Raptors are going 18-2 or 19-1?!?!?!? Because that's what they'll have to do to catch the Bucks if the Bucks play 1 game under .500

Trust me....even if Giannis sits the rest of the regular season out, they'll be better than 9-10 to finish the year.

Miami is basically a .500 team in their last dozen games.  Boston just lost 3 in a row and Toronto hasn’t played superb lately either having dropped 3 in a row starting with Milwaukee.

Pretty sure none of those teams are going to win 18 of 20 or something ridiculous like that.

Speaking of injuries, looks like Brogdon is hurt again.  Week to week with a muscle tear.

Hope Giannis is OK - they need him to be healthy come playoff time.

Brogdon is exactly what we all knew he was. An injury-prone guy who has trouble creating his own shot unless he gets all the way to the rim against smaller guys. Without Giannis setting him up, he's shooting 31% from 3 this year.

Wes Matthews is a better defender and George Hill is a better player.

If I knew Middleton was really healthy, I'd agree with you. I'm not sure Middleton is quite right.

LeBron James, utter prick:

LeBron James said he β€œain’t playing” if there are no fans in the arena due to concerns about the coronavirus.

The Los Angeles Laker spoke with reporters after the team's win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday at the Staples Center.

"We play games without the fans?" James asked incredulously. "Nah, it’s impossible."

"I ain’t playing," James continued. "I ain’t got the fans in the crowd. That’s who I play for. I play for my teammates. I play for the fans. That’s what it’s all about. If I show up to an arena and there are no fans in there, I ain’t playing. They can do what they want to do."

What about all the fans watching on TV?
