The Bucks don't have to win tonight to win the series, but they will.

As long as they are at 2-2 after 4 games, I think they win the series.

As good as Chris Paul is, I don't think he's going to shoot like he did last night in every game of this series. That's the reason the Suns won. For all the criticism Bud is taking, it's not like Lopez and Portis were getting completely fooled on defense. Most of Paul's shots were contested.

The turning point of the game was when the Bucks cut it to 59-52 in the third. They got a stop and then Tucker had an open 3 that would have cut it to 4. Instead, he missed and on the ensuing possession Paul hit a contested 30 footer with 1 second on the shot clock and got the flagrant foul on Lopez. The game went from potentially a 4 point game to 11 in 24 seconds and the Bucks never got any closer in that quarter. I think the contested 30 footers will even out. Paul is great, but he's not Durant.

Chris Paul is a Middleton-type shooter. He's very streaky.

In the last two games (the closeout in Game 6 and then Game 1), he's gone 11 for 15 from three.

In the three games before that (2 Suns losses and an 84-80 win), he went 2 for 16 from 3.

The four games before that, he was 6 for 8 from 3 (the sweep over the Nuggets).

If he goes 11 for 15 from three over a two-game span, they are going to win. I don't think he's doing that over 7 games though. He's a career 37% 3-point shooter.

I’m more focused on the commercials. Are all the white middle aged male actors retired? 😀

It was a good run for us for 70 years, but now we need some representation!

Did the NBA decree that no matter what happens on a Middleton shot there will not be a foul called?

It was even worse on the replay. The dunk-follow that Giannis just got was on a Middleton missed shot where Crowder whacked him on the elbow and he was fouled underneath by the second defender.

As long as they call Booker and Paul the same way on their shots, I'm fine with it. We'll see if they do.

Part of Budenholzer’s job is to advocate for his fucking players. He needs to do that.

Great start, stay aggressive. Little worried that Giannis is already gassed… but let the offense flow through Holiday and Middleton and Giannis can pick and choose. Tighten up the D on the secondary players shooting 3s…

Actually, I like the adjustments Bud has made. Make the other guys beat you.

If Holiday could hit anything, they'd be way ahead. He's continued to be terrible on offense.  He's 7 for 25 from the floor in the series.

Down 4 after 3 Bucks watch a rebound bounce on the floor to give up a 3. Then Holiday blocks a shot and a bunch of Bucks sit on their asses on the other end and give up a dunk. 5 points given away to guys half-assing it.
