Yup, it's not even bad Horni that's the worst. Bucky had 100 yds rushing in the 1st quarter then shat the bed.
Now, I have not given up, but I would absolutely favor the fact Horni cannot have a game in the big houze.
Very disappointed with Paul Chryst's call on third and 2 and then the punt.

And it may not seem like much, but the D did their job. To take that 7 yards away on a night like tonight matters.

This game is in the books. D held up their end as long as possible. Admirable job. But Horni was Horni.

Very disappointed with Hornibrook's performance tonight, but the play calling hasn't helped him out much. Disappointed with Chryst as well.
How can you play call a game effectively without any threat at QB? You can’t. Play calling was not an issue tonight. Horni was 100% of everyone’s problem.
I hear he's a mensch.
All ****show things aside (and that is a lot to toss aside), Chryst has to stop ****ing punting the ball on his own 40.

Chryst has tried everything to make Horni good. He has. Time to turn the page.
The good news? Graham Mertz is probably the highest rated QB prospect to commit to UW and appears legit. The bad news? He’s a 2019 commit which means more Hornibrook for now anyway.
The sad thing about this season is with all the hype and promise I could see 2-3 more losses very easily if they don’t play better. They have not played a complete game all year and injuries have really gutted them.

Sure, I think they can score but this is a legit top 10 defense they will face. At a place that good Badgers teams have gone to die. Wisconsin simply does not win in Ann Arbor.
If Horni and the offense play like they did against Miami the Badgers could steal one. If they don’t? It’s going to get ugly. Like 31-10 Michigan like ugly.

Disappointed to see Hornibrook melt like this. Early on he looked like the real deal, great arm, accurate. But when you see him now, he stares down his receivers and if his first couple of reads aren't there, he's totally lost and has no clue where to go. I'm actually surprised that he hasn't been injured; he doesn't really step up into the pocket, just takes the hit and lets it fly.
What I don’t understand is the game was well over before he threw that awful pick six so why not get Jack Coan some reps?
Hornibrook has not improved as a QB and good QB play is the difference between an 8 or 9 win team or a January 1 or playoff bowl game.
The Badgers will have a tough time beating GOOD teams, if Hornibrook can"t make teams respect the pass...
good news: Wisconsin still may end up representing the West Division in the Big Ten Championship Game.
The Badgers will likely get throttled af Penn State. The game st Northwestern will also be tricky.
