Washington QB Carson Wentz is likely out due to a fractured finger.
WASH will in all likelihood go with its starter from last year, Taylor Heinecke. Although he doesn’t have a big arm he is very mobile and a gamer. He gave the Packers problems last year on scrambles. He also has been in OC Scott Turner’s system for three years which gives him a leg up on Wentz.
WASH has a terrible offensive line but very good wideouts, with Terry McLaurin and (if he is able to play, he’s been nicked) rookie Jahan Dotson who has really stood out.
The strength of the team is its defensive line, with DT’s Jonathan Allen and Daron Payne being arguably the best tandem the Packers will see all season. DE Montez Sweat is having a strong season so far. The rest of the defense is below average and DC Jack Del Rio is just terrible.
I’ll be going to the game with my kids, our first Packers game in 18 years. Hate to give that dirtbag Dan Snyder any business but my kids wanted to see Aaron Rodgers. We fully expect the crowd to be overwhelmingly Green and Gold.
Hope he and the rest of the team get their collective **** together…
