Yup.  We all are familiar with Horni's mediocrity.

I know I'm being Captain Obvious, but you would think that would improve with reps. I understand if he doesn't have the athleticism to throw on the move, he may not have the ability to ever do that. But you'd think his mechanics on the easy throws would get better.

He is great at play action in terms of  his ball handling, which is a key feature of any Wisconsin offense. 

Good points and I agree with you both.  And when he does get hot, he can be very good.
