Florida Panthers GM Bill Zito brought the Stanley Cup to the clubhouse today. Uke is having FUN !
Zito got his start in sports as a Brewers clubbie when he was 16 years old.
Crew in a jam to start the game, bases loaded, no outs, ouch
Not all his fault but Montas struggling and down 2-0 already.
Dodgers get 3 in the top of the 1st. Let's return the favor!
3-0 after the top of the first.
Crew bases loaded in the 1st, no outs
And they blow that opportunity
And they get NOTHING!!
Not how you return a favor, fellas!
Bauers HR makes it 3-1
Bauers leads off the 2nd with a homer. 3 - 1 dodgers now. It does look like Murphy has impressed upon the guys to be more patience at the plate.
Now 3-2 after Turang hit a triple
now 3-3 after Chourio single
Great job of getting those three back, offense!
Turang with a triple, a walk and a stolen base. That’s more like it. I really hope this is a small sign that he is ready to break out of his slump. I feel bad for the guy
Keep swinging those bats. Don’t take any shit from the Dodgers. You can do this.
And we have the lead!!! 4 - 3 CREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could have been more in that last inning as Ortiz gets called out while on third base on a weird play where he fails to retouch second base when watching what to do on Turang's double.
Chourio with a clutch single to put the Brewers back up 5-4 in the 7th.
Devin Williams to face Ohtani, Betts, and Freeman to try to nail down the save in the ninth. Up one run.

And Williams retires the three future Hall of Famers in order.
Nice win.
Great win - should build a little confidence! Cubs and Cards do their part and lose again.
Let’s build on this!!!
What a job by Williams. 7 pitches, 7 strikes. He should be good to go again today if needed.
Once Megill is back the BP will be pretty tough again. Payamps, Megill, and Williams in the 7th/8th/9th will be a nice closing act.

Radio announcers were criticizing the ump for not making the foul ball call, sooner. We could have had another run had it been called fair.
Thursday's game starts at 1:10 CT, does not look to be televised.

That was a hell of an inning. Take down 3 MVP's in a 1 run game with 7 strikes and no balls.
1,2 3, fine start for Tobiace
get up, get up ..... 2 run blast for CHOURIO !!!!
And Contreras with the solo shot. A split would be great after those first two games.
Solo blast for Contreras! 3-0 Crew.
Crew having their way with Flaherty early
Defense trying to give it right back. Ortiz throws one low (it was a tough play) then Adames takes a DP grounder and airmails the throw to 2nd. Dodgers have 2nd and 3rd with 1 out.
Big Blue ties it up, 3 - 3 bottom 3rd inning.
Dodgers waste a lead-off single by Ohtani in the 5th, still 3 - 3 bottom 5th
Top 6th
Peguero should only be used in mop up blow out situations, no matter who is leading.
7th inning stretch, Dodger pitcher Alex the red Visia gives up back to back walks, 2 Brewers on no outs.
There are times this team just shows it's youth. First 2 batters in the 7th walk, including a 4 pitch walk to the 2nd batter of the inning, and Frelick swings at the first pitch and pops it up. I'm sure he was thinking the pitcher would be desperate to throw a strike and get ahead, but if you swing in that situation you need to get some results.
