wow, after starting 2-8 I really didnt think this team would ever be over .500 again on the season. 7 straight and Ill take my crow with a tall cold MGD
WolfPack - give you credit for coming back and admitting such. Most of them keep quiet about it.
Ok... So can I get back to making October plans again?
Nice home stand, let's hope for at least 500 out in California.
I hope you win your bet tonight as well

Sure. Plan on the Packers being 4-0 before the trip to Baltimore.
As for Brewer playoffs, sure it's possible if A Ram and hart get back and play well.
pitching, pitching, pitching ... and more pitching.
They'll be competing in September if they get the pitching.
trump likey those 2 lefties in the pen ...

Assuming Hart and Ramirez come back OK they will be fine offensively. Agree with the pitching.

I'll say this, RR commitment to Axford drives me crazy, but it looks like it is starting to pay off. Fingers and toes crossed.
Wish the same could be siad for Weeks hitting clean-up.. Wish he would move Lucroy into that spot.. We have seen Weeks "slump" for the first 3 months of the season before.
Give the job to Lucroy before Braun starts having to go Hunter Pence / Vlad Gurerro to be able to put the ball in play.

I concur.. With Segura adding another top of the order bat, this lineup will be one of the best in MLB again. It's just will he have 20 blown leads again and can these starters at least be average?
First 1/2 of the schedule is the easy part.. August is brutal and September is only a little better. I imagine Doug will raid the farm once again if we are above 500 at the deadline. We are going to need that pitching help to make it IMO.
The question is will it be worth it? We have been playing this plug a hole game and raid the farm for a few years now.. At some point, it has to catch up with you, yes?
The good thing for Milwaukee is that there is no clear cut favorite in the division and they are all going to beat up on each other. 88-90 wins may very well do it and if the pitching and bullpen can hold it together the Brewers might have a shot.
