I've defended MM before. He didn't just all of sudden not know how to coach. But it's obvious the team has quit on him. Sometimes, you just need a change. The question will be whether Rodgers is the QB you want during a 2-3 year rebuild. There isn't a lot of young, elite talent on this team right now.
