We are going to end up facing them in the playoffs again. How about celebrating another NFCC in Soldier Field? I would almost prefer the game there as I couldn't go on living if they beat us in Lambeau.. LOL

I gotta tell you, I was sitting next a to Bears fan and he still firmly believes Cutler and the offense will melt down this season.

I was more optimistic about the Bears winning the division than he was. Guy was hilarious but I also saw his point. He apologized every time the Packers scored because he was raised not to ever cheer for the Packers and didn't want to offend me. Good guy, good stories.

Cool side note: His dad played for on the Bears farm teams (near Peoria) in the late 40's. Going through his old things his dad found his last paycheck that he misplaced over 60 years ago for $75 (a months pay). He told his dad the only thing he wants when he passes is that check signed by Halas.

Guys like that which truly make me respect the rivalry over that expansion team in the Twin Cities.

I like that with the Bears, win or lose, they shake hands, respect each other, and walk off the field vowing to never lose again to the other team.

The players on that expansion team in the Twin Cities run their mouths, don't show any respect to the other team, and walk off the field whining about the refs.

Ultimately, here's why I respect the Bears/Packers rivalry: because the players respect it.
