We had a brilliant Pinot Noir from Domaine Carneros

The Quiche was excellent. Don't know why it sounds bad

I hate pesto.  It's a half a fraction off of cilantro, the most overused herb ever.

I'd rather eat an onion like an apple and call it a salad.

Sure thing......tonight, Zuchini "pasta" with Ground Turkey in a nice tomato/basil sauce & a nice Riesling

For dessert...."magic" frosting on Ginger Snap cookies or Lemon Cookies.

A properly ripe Vidalia onion can be eaten like an apple!

Watching the game allows you to see Josh Jackson at work, some good, some bad, as well as the other no talents we had as DBs such as Tony Brown.

take it to a football forum, this is the food and wine thread.

Pesto is delicious, but we are not made of money so we use walnuts instead of pine nuts.  I also toss in roasted red peppers sometimes and use it in place of pizza sauce.

Cilantro tastes like Irish Spring Deodorant Soap.
