The Packers are currently ranked worst in the league... for team health. They've somehow gone 9-3 by sheer willpower and resilience.

Watch the bandwagon franchise lose on Thursday and take that momentum into claiming the North Sunday night. Put up 50 on them, and send Cobb on at least 1 go route straight down the field.

And yet, the defense came away with three INTs last year.  Yeah, yeah, yeah, Kevin King, but was it really on the defense that they lost that game? At home? The after the bye game, sure. But the NFCC game was not really on the D, IMO.

Agreed there.  And as others have said, the matchup could depend more on our offense.  Seems a common belief is we would have won that game with Bahktiari at LT.  Would a playoff meeting this year be any different along the OL?  Our OL may be worse than last year.  They're getting it done with 3rd stringers but I'm not all that confident they would have the same kind of success vs the TB D.  69 may be the missing link again.  If he's coming back he needs to get at it so he can round into form by Jan.

Reminder: Seattle NFC CHAMPIONSHIP game. Packers lead 16-0 at end of 3rd quarter. Mrs. Kiel turns to me and asks “Did you check airfares to Milwaukee?” (To watch game with my elderly father) â€Ķ. I looked at her with the horror that I knew was about to unfold .

Hubris .

By far Bak coming back is the biggest piece towards winning.  With Jenkins out Nijman and Runyon are not going to hold up against a front 7 like the Bucs.

I am much more confident in the defense this year.  Without a doubt that's a factor but if the guy that wins you championships is constantly running or eating turf it's not going to matter much.

I don't know if Hicks is back but the Bears front 7 could be a good litmus test but not without Hicks.

BTW, I am also in the daggerless camp with Kiel.  It's stupid to overlook a divisional game even if the Bears suck balls.  Look at the Lions.

Love just can't catch a break.   With Rodgers toe he isn't practicing.   This means J Love is getting all the 1st team reps in practice.   That's a great thing for his development.   Errrr hit the breaks, Covid, you're out and Practice Squad guy is now taking 1st team reps.

First camp, Covid, no reps.

Second camp, injured, limited reps.

Opp for 1st team reps, Covid. limited reps.

And he needs every opportunity to learn to throw a spiral.

@RobDemovsky: Aaron Rodgers tells @PatMcAfeeShow that he sought a 2nd opinion on his toe and “There was no mindset change. The biggest key is rest. I wish there was another one of these (bye) weeks so I could get 14-21 great days without doing anything, but the toe is improving.”

He said he if had surgery it would be to “put a pin in to prevent any further displacement of the fracture.”

“That’s not option No. 1 or 2. If things were to progress or get much worse, that would be something to avoid further further damage.”

Still hoping rest does the trick.

I don’t completely buy Mr. Wood’s assessment.

I still think the Bucs are the team to beat until someone beats them. They’re the reigning champs, they have most of the same team back from last season, their O-line doesn’t let their QB get sacked, they have a decent run game to go with their passing, the have arguably the best defense in the league, they’re experienced, they will not be afraid to play anyone on the road regardless of the temperature/elements, and I believe they have as good a chance as anyone to win out the regular season.  Would love to see Buffalo go into Tampa next week and win but I don’t see it.

Packers have been mostly great this season, and getting back one of those players would be a huge impact, let alone all three.  I just don’t see how that separates them from TB or makes them the CLEAR SB favorite.  Just my opinion.

I agree, PackLandVA, my comment on dagger on the SB win was a joke about daggers being flung about, but I do have guarded optimism that this is our year, especially if we get those three back.  Does that guarantee anything?  Nope.  But I think our defense is better than Tampa's, and I think our offense is an even match.

To celebrate the season, Joe Rogan's horticulturalist recommended treatment with a mistletoe implant.

Oh. Hey. What? Oh nothing, I'm just sticking needles in my voodoo dolls of Mike Ditka and Dan Hampton. Am I pumped for this game? I guess. FFFFUCK THAT I AM A GODDAMNED SHRIEKING WHITE HOT SPHERE OF PURE RAGE about this dipshit franchise.

I could be 93, on my deathbed and I will scream from the top of my disease filled lungs "THE BEARS STILL SUCK".

The Packers could win 48 games in a row in the series, I will be reminding all of you that the bears are satan's spawn. And you don't hate them nearly as much as you should. Seriously, let's up your game here fellas.

You have a twinge of sympathy because they are starting Andy Dalton? Because they are gonna have to go through yet another coaching search to end up with the idiot coordinator? Because their young QB is injured? Because their owners are complete and utter morons?

FUCK. THEM. FOREVER.

Fuck Urlacher and his toupees. Fuck the every dipshit caller on The Score. Fuck every meathead sports pundit in that godforsaken city. Fuck their shitty ass pizza. Fuck George Halas with a fedora. My Thanksgiving was ruined because the goddamn Lions couldn't have embarrassed these these morons and instead shit themselves and handed the game to these shitheels.

Better be in the HOF this year!!!
