Chargers memories 😡.   Are we over the trade for John Hadl yet?  Nope .  If you’re young and clueless, look up those trade details.

That trade is one of my first memories of the Packers and can still remember how pissed off Packers fans were whether they were young or older.  Its been almost 50 years and that trade still stings and set that franchise back for a long time and fans don't know just how badly run the Packers were for decades.

As for this weekend, I have zero expectations and I didn't when I first saw the schedule.  My biggest concern is how Dingle Barry will draw up a game plan against a team that just scored 38 on Detroit.

Barry will play prevent all day to avoid the 50 burger.   This leads t the chargers having 45 mins of TOP and they score on every drive.

Jordan Love commands a beautiful 4th quarter drive capped by a Musgrave TD over the middle.   PackerRick ejaculates so ferociously his left testicle explodes and is put on season ending IR.

49 - 7 Bolts.

Coach: How do we beat GBs defense?

Hollins: Just run the ball.  They won’t even try to stop it

Coach: You’re kidding?

Hollins: Nope LOL

Coach: LOL

Coach: Even with two down linemen and three down OLBs? So what if we need three yards to get a first down?

Each player gets so many tickets to bring family and friends right?  since the Chargers players didn't use all of them, they return them...I think

Does this happen a lot??  Guess I’ve never really noticed if this happens a lot or not.

Probably if they don't return them they end up paying for unused tickets. No Charger fans bought them.

It doesn't have anything to do with players.
All matchups have tickets available in the two cities involved.
The only Super Bowl I attended was due to my father sending me two tickets from GB's allotment. SB tickets are available to all teams.
So I got to see the queens lose to Madden's Raiders.

that's the second time I have ever been notified by packers.com that there are tickets available, that's going to impact tourism...that should get attention at the head table...

Yes. It's not like the Chargers are a boring team, and they have a superstar QB, but they don't really a fanbase so they don't travel well. Their support in San Diego was tepid at best and there aren't many people in LA who are strong Chargers fans.

The guys at the head table won't have any problems with the next home game. That's against the Chiefs. They travel very well and have the type of fanbase that would see Lambeau Field as a bucket list item for a game. Mahomes is almost on the Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Giannis, Ohtani, Lebron, etc. level in terms of a professional athlete you want to see in person as well. If Taylor Swift shows up for that game, it will be the biggest media frenzy in Green Bay in years. Maybe they can get her to go down the sledding hill? Those tickets might get expensive.

By the time they get to the last two home games, they might have trouble giving tickets away. I wouldn't be surprised to see significant numbers of empty seats at Lambeau for the first time in a while. Who is going to want to sit outside on December 17th to watch Baker Mayfield and Jordan Love duel it out? And then there's the January 7th closing game when the Bears and Packers will duel it out for draft position.

CHI fans will gladly take up those seats if Fields is back and starts playing well and they start winning leading up to that last game.  That fanbase desperately needs to see him beat the Packers.  If he's not playing well and they, along with CAR, are looking at two of the top 3 or 5 picks in the draft, with eyes on Williams or Maye, they'll all stay home.

Nice to see Ja back..

More likely it is because it is a "Gold Package" game.
