Jones said he thinks he can match Elliott yard for yard. Might just have to for the Packers to have a realistic shot. 

Emotional factor: Jones is from Texas, will have family in the crowd. I recall Ty Montgomery under a similar situation having one of his best games as a Packer.

I recall when Woodson was still with the Packers he had turf toe so bad he couldn't practice, and had to 'modify' (cut open?) his cleats (for pain relief or to accomodate swelling?).

Adams likely won't be healed this year, but can recover enough to play week-to-week, just as Woodson did.

Stop the run. That’s all that matters Sunday. Let Dak try and go off against the secondary. Just make fully damned sure you stop the run. On every snap.

What would make anybody think that Green Bay would be able to stop the run?  They haven't even come close to that this year against lesser backs than Elliot. 

The defense needs to do what they do... rush the passer and create turnovers.

Rodgers needs to forget about Adams and trust what he has left on the field.  There's plenty of talent out there.

Word coming from the organization is that the porous run defense is largely a product of a failure to maintain gap integrity. Regardless, it's a problem that they need to resolve and quickly. 

Run defense is an attitude. You gotta want it more than the other guy.

I’ve heard that many of the cashiers at the Gap sneak a few bills into their pockets on occasion, I had no idea it was having an adverse effect on the Packers run D. If the same thing is going on at Old Navy we are doomed.

Some injuries to Cowboys offensive line, Tackle Tyrone Smith is already ruled out tomorrow, plus the other tackle, La'el Collins is ????  Big guard Zack Martin is also a little nicked up.  I still say we are within a whisker of winning last week, with Bulaga and Adams in there at the end of the game we do win.

I remember when Brett Favre lost Sterling Sharpe and it forced him to work thru his progressions and find the open man vs.forcing the ball to Sharpe. Favre said it helped him grow as a QB. Granted it was earlier in his career but  maybe the same thing will happen with Rodgers this week.
