No doubt the players see it, hear it. They know they shit the bed in LA. How the team reacts will be key.
Hopefully they pick up on how complete their failure was. It wasn't a loss, it was a fucking embarrassment.

I donât think Greg Roman knows what to do with a pocket passer, but dammit he knows what to do with a running QB. I think a guy like Frank Reich could build a great offense around Cam, who IS a talented QB. I think NE might be on him if released also with Brady probably heading out after this year.
As a Packer fan, I would not want him in Chicago next year.
Cam would work in that system and would be dangerous.
Found on the internet: âIn the past six weeks, the Packersâ defense ranks 31st in yards per play allowed, 30th in net yards per pass play, 30th in big completions, 23rd in points per game, 24th in sack percentage and 26th on third down. The focus in Green Bay is always on Rodgers, but that defense needs to play a lot better if they want to be taken seriously as Super Bowl contenders.â
interesting, YA. unfortunately we cant play the Bares,Broncos and Matt Moore every week. NFC playoff field will be loaded with high scoring and highly efficient offenses.
The "Pettine zoo" defense will have to figure things out soon
Cherry picking stats now (last 6 weeks)
The next 4 weeks will tell us everything about the Packers
MichiganPacker2 posted:Interesting tidbit from Fennell. We'll see if they make an adjustment.
#Packers need to stop the run. They need to play heavier. Against the Chargers... The light front 7 got chewed up.
1 ILB: 27 carries, 146 yards (5.41 average)
2 ILB: 11 carries, 13 yards (1.18 average)
This week, we'll see more BJ Goodson.
Just imagine Goodson and Martinez covering CM out of the backfield.
I heard Cam wanted no part of the Packers D so he hung up his cleats for the season.
...Reports from a parallel universe.
Excited to see how they use Campbell, perhaps in hybrid role like Raven Geeene. Hopefully this week.
Preston Smith with a wrap on his left hand/wrist.
Injured from patting themselves on the back for the 7-1 start.

Weather on Sunday looks more and more like mid December. Not early November. Turning blustery late in the afternoon (around kick off). Snow showers as well.
SUNDAY:
Snow showers. Turning windy late.
HIGH: 31
LOW: 15
don't doubt it, it's December weather in November here in Wisconsin. temp-wise and snow.

Last week we saw Sullivan playing some CF with Amos and Savage up at the LOS. It's been really interesting how they are using these safeties.
I really like the way Sullivan has played. Coaches may stick with that format or they might replace him with Campbell but in that scenario it's probably Savage back in CF with Campbell near the LOS. Both Savage and Campbell are over 200 lb guys, but Savage is the obviously the better CF'r.
Here is Sullivan making a play last week. Was ruled as complete but he nearly timed it perfectly for the break up.

I don't think you'll see Campbell play very much. He's been out since last year.

Seriously? You ain't that Stoooooopid.
Let's remove the 10-3, 21-16 & 27-16 games from the stats.
Let's also ignore the fact the Packers were up 31-3 at the Cokeboys when Savage went out.
Sundays game vs. Chargers....it's a throw away. They obviously had an off day. It matters little because it's an AFC loss.
The next 4 games will reveal the real Packers. Panthers & Niners then let's see if they play poorly vs. Giants & Skins. At a minimum Packers should be 3-1 in next 4
Same thing in San Francisco (Their next 5) Seattle, Cards, Packers, @Ravens, @Saints.
Panthers a more banged up bunch then the Packers (only Amos did not participate).

You cannot ignore 6 straight bad games by the defense. And you predicted another one against the Chargers. (And went with the over).
Yeah -- I didn't bet the over. Instead I bet the Ravens on the Money Line over the Pats.
We haven't seen the Packers play that bad all year. It happens. Human beings not fantasy football.
The next 2 games will tell us a lot about the 2019 Green Bay Packers.
I'm thinking the defense gets a couple turnovers +2 or +3 on the day & Packers blow them out. That -5.5 point spread is just begging you to take the Panthers.
Beat the snot out of Carolina this week....enjoy the bye week...and with the next trip to California North..come out swinging...the 9ers are going to be tough at home. This will be the most telling game to see where we are at. Lose, but keep it close...ok..wont be too worried. Lose like they did in LA....eh, dont want to think about it. Win..and its ALL GOOD!!!

What did Panthers edge rusher Bruce Irvin learn watching the Chargers beat Aaron Rodgers and the Packers? â'You rush and get on their ass early they will be thinking about you the rest of the game.''
My hope is that the Packers pride is hurt after that "performance" against the LAC. I think this week we will see just how good the leadership on this team is. They just cannot afford to be looking ahead in any way to the 49ers game.
I don't know anything about the Panthers at all with the exception of MCaffrery. Who by the way was held out of Wednesday's practice with a knee injury. So having remembered the Hoover game against the Panthers I hope their backup RB doesn't run wild on the Packers D if he can't go.
I think more people remember Brad Hoover than Herbert!
Can tell a lot about a team when they're facing adversity. Interesting to see how MLF and the Packers respond Sunday.
Good to see they are practicing outside. Let's bring that late season home field advantage back to GB. Too bad it won't help as much this year with so many early home games.
Playoffs
Sunday's game, weather wise, is gonna feel like a cold late December game. So, we get an earlier cold game than expected. Which is good for us.
Carolina Defense leads the league in SACKS and is #2 in Interceptions. OL and QB better come to play. Hopefully we see the Packer running game get going on early downs to keep us out of long yardage situations.

Pack those long johns for anyone going to the game:
Get ready for a cold Game Day as the Packers take on the Panthers. At kickoff 3:15 PM,temperature will be near 32 degrees, falling temps with blustery northwest winds.

Reinforcements?
No. Moncrief is terrible. He caught 4 of 15 targets this year for 18 yards.
You may get to see him this week however, he signed with Carolina.
Game will be cold and slow...Packers win this one easily.
So
