The wins really don't matter at this point.  Improvement and development of anything resembling an offense is what everyone needs to see.  Cutting down the mental errors/penalties is job #1.  That's where this team is.

Big game coming up on Sunday at Lambeau.

Lose to the 3-5 Rams and the Pack puts some distance between themselves and one of the other bad teams they could potentially be in a fight with for a top 2024 draft pick.

Alas, Stafford was injured yesterday and the Pack are currently 2.5 favorites.

Get a W on Sunday and given the soft schedule (1-6 Panthers, 2-6 Bears, 2-6 Giants, 3-5 Bucs, and 4-4 Vikes (without Cousins), the Pack could conceivably go on a run, finish with 6 or 7 wins, and get the usual fans excited about the future.

Stafford is almost certainly out per latest reports.

Brett Rypien is the only quarterback on the roster as the Rams prepare for the Green Bay Packers.

Somehow, I don't think it matters. The Packers will find some way to lose this game. And if they do win, the Packers draft position gets worse.

Lose/Lose.

Brett Rypien will do his best Mark Rypien Super Bowl imitation against Joe Barry Carrol and his plodding defense.

Yep.  I have a feeling just like I did before the Broncos game.  I am very leary of the marshmallow soft game plan Barry will come up with to allow Rypien will have a good day and Nacua will go off on Sunday.

I thought you were only going to discuss it next week.

“Matthew Stafford is dealing with a tendon issue in his right thumb that the Rams believe will take a couple of days to figure out whether or not he can come back,” Schefter said.

Schefter didn’t rule out the possibility of Stafford playing on Sunday against the Packers, saying “we’ll see” if he can go in that game.

With the Rams having a bye in Week 10, it’s possible they’ll give Stafford this week off to heal and hope he can return in Week 11 when the Rams host the Seahawks.

So they are gonna shake things up.  They had basically 2 bye weeks to do this.  What were they doing then?

Lafleur has found the antidote for the Packers bad performance. they are going to change the way they do things. LOL-So they can't do things right now with 7 months of practice of the same schedule but think that learning a new schedule  will fix it. WR meeting at 10:30 am instead of 10:15. on the field stretching at 12:00 instead of 11:45. That should do it. Lindy Infante and Forrest Gregg are laughing in their  graves.

Send Stafford videos of Favre playing with his broken thumb. Then mock him and call him a a pussy if he can't do what Favre did.

I thought I remember Bert playing a whole season with a broken thumb. And he sucked. But his coach didn’t have balls to bench him. That was Ray Rhodes only season as the Packers head coach which, was a good thing.

In our 2021 playoff game vs. Rams we killed them by playing Jones & Dillon at the same time. We would motion one of them, an ILBer would go with them, leaving only 5 defenders in the box, which we ran on over and over. We ran that play on the second play of the game yesterday .... Dillon gained 7 yards but we never ran it again???
