Luke? Luke who?

A remarkable return for Musgrave, who had ankle surgery in October and hasn’t played since Week 3. They’ll ease him in.
L-E-A-K!!
Please don't put it on tape until the playoffs MLF. PLEASE!!!

But... uhhhh. carpeted basketball courts? I bet that was a ton of fun in November and later in the winter.

Andy Hermann on his Pack A Day podcast says...
Packers 41 Saints 10
Packers 30 Aints 13.
From packers.com:
The Green Bay Packers have activated TE Luke Musgrave off injured reserve and elevated S Omar Brown from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Monday.
EDIT: Brown’s elevation may suggest Evan Williams won’t play tonight, he’s been fighting a leg injury

When we heard stories of opposing teams practicing dribbling in their library to try to get used to it we knew we were probably going to win. The opposing teams that treated it just like another game handled it much better.
I remember playing on that court. Just the obnoxious sound of the ball when it was being dribbled. And lots of rug burns. And the girls played volleyball on that too and really didn't slide when they dove.

The energy in the gym. The games were electrifying.
......I'll show myself out.

Yes. A lot of face plants when they would dive for a volleyball and the kneepads would stick.
There wasn't much sound from dribbling, just a dull thud. Also, no squeaking of the shoes.
Not that much snow at Lambeau Field.

59 years on the planet and I had never heard of a carpeted gym floor. I played in some very questionable gyms but the floor was always tile or wood. wow
thanks X4!
the best was a college court on Oahu - spring loaded wooden floor, loved it... probably shoulda missed the plane back
Ever seen blue turf? Disgusting. Some kinda potato head thought of that.
yeah, blue turf - that shit ain't right
at least I can turn the channel
cheers and great times with your best people, people - the sun is rising

I would have thought it was like the "carpet" that indoor tennis tournaments used to use. The ATP and WTA replaced them all with various forms of hardcourt, however.

Here's an old article about it.
So instead of the guys with the squeegees and long swiffer things when someone hits the floor, do they run out with a dirt devil?
@bdplant posted:Yup. I won’t watch any Boise State home football game because of their stupid field.
Still better than the red field that Eastern Washington has.

Looks like my parents living room, when I was growing up. My Mom had a rake, for that green/ yellow shag carpet. I didn't realize that she may have been a Packer fan.
Negatives:
- Passing game was surprisingly shaky. We got away with it last night but we won’t get away with another subpar performance like that from our air game on Sunday. At least they’ll be in “perfect” weather conditions which might help.
- Monday Night game allows for 1 less day to get ready for a 13 win Vikings team that is playing well.
Positives:
+ Jacobs set the tone for a crushing.
+ Defense certainly caught a break in not facing Carr, Kamara, Olave, Shaheed, MVS, and Hill. They took advantage of that break and got the only shutout in the NFL this year.
+ Edgerrin Cooper has an explosive quality to him that stands out amongst the front 7 guys. Wish maybe we had 1 or 2 more guys like him in the front 7.

Maybe we do have 1 or 2 or 3 or more.....you just don't know it yet but you'll find out in the playoffs.
