Not Twitter savvy⦠but interesting information on what it takes for 12 to be cleared.

Lets recap what being unvaccinated cost the team. For the sake of argument, we will assume he would not have gotten it even though we all know that itβs still possible.

Can we all agree to calm down now?
Calm down? Fuck no, they didn't get OBJ.
This sounds way more complicated then it needs to be...
Maurice Drayton on field-goal woes, says long snapper needs "accuracy, location and velocity, the same revolutions to get to the holder at the same catch point every time he catches the ball. Then it's the holder's job to put that ball down on a spot roughly the size of a dime."
β Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) November 11, 2021
Drayton says offensive lineman on field-goal protection are asked to "die a slow death." This season, those linemen on #Packers field-goal group have needed to die a little slower.
β Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) November 11, 2021
Maurice Drayton at end of lengthy, detailed description of what proper field-goal operation should look like (aka not how it's looked for #Packers): "That is the standard. It's all on me. Nobody is running from it. We're working at it every single day."
β Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) November 11, 2021
Well, ain't that a kick in the pants.
And he hasn't been fired yet??
Who knew Mo Drayton was so analytical and technical?
Glad to hear it. Now get it fucking fixed. You arenβt solving math equations or building a space shuttle. Itβs football.
By the way, Sonic is always hiring
Um, what?
If Drayton teaches this the same way he describes it, no wonder things are going wrong. He's made it seem like one of the most difficult things to accomplish in sports. Somehow virtually every other NFL team, and most college teams, can accomplish this without the same issues.
Maybe it's not the case that he's coaching with the same style as he's speaking to the press, but, as a player, if you get so bogged down in the details of what can go wrong, you tighten up and make things more likely to go wrong.
I also really don't like the analogy about "dying a slow death." That puts it into people's minds that you are eventually going to fail. You want the opposition to think that after a few times of really selling out to block a kick and not getting close that's it's just not worth it to do so (either effort-wise or to protect against the small risk of a fake). They'll start to back off just a little bit and take the pressure off every single attempt. Instead, what he's conveyed to opposing coaches and players is that he knows they are coming closer and closer to blocking each kick.

Itβs good to see Stokes practicing. Our DBβs will be key to this game. I hope that Love doesnβt have to start. This game will not be like the last. Watching the Baltimore/Miami matchup reminded me that a fearless, yet disguised, pass rush can be lethal. Thatβs what happened to Love against the Chiefs. I donβt think the Seahawks can pull that off against the Packers. Running the ball sets up play action. And effective passing sets up the run. The Packers would like to have that balance. But disguised defenses can negate that. Rodgers can diagnose it better than Love yet even he can be fooled. I donβt see the Seahawks as a disguised type defense. They will try and out score you with a superior pass game esp. with Wilson moving out of the pocket. This game will depend on the quality of the play from our secondary. They need to plaster the receivers five seconds or more. Thatβs a tough challenge for guys who were probably just backups at the beginning of the season.
Put Jones on Dillion's back an RTFB!
No sign of David Bakhtiari either inside during stretch or outside. No setback in his return, just part of the process of returning from an ACL where he might not practice everyday.

@TomSilverstein: #Packers coach Matt LaFleur said that LT David Bakhtiari will be doubtful for Sunday, but he said he did not have a setback. He said it's all part of the process of his return from ACL surgery.
LaFleur said he told Jordan Love he has to be ready because anything could happen between now and Sunday. They still have to wait until Saturday for Rodgers to be cleared to play Sunday.
LaFleur said CB Eric Stokes (knee) will be listed as questionable and they will see how he feels Sunday.
Donβt know if itβs true or not, but I heard AR instinctively called a TO from his Zoom call because the play wasnβt called in quick enough. Itβs the innerwebs and all, so take it with a grain of sand.

He tested negative?
Packers' QB Aaron Rodgers has remained asymptomatic from COVID-19 and has met the NFL/NFLPA return-to-play protocols, per sources. All that is left now is for the Packers to officially activate him by 4 pm ET today. Per Adam Schefter.
@R man.
No.
Hes immunized.
Per Ryan Wood.
Can confirm Aaron Rodgers is on track to be activated from COVID-19/reserve list and play tomorrow vs. Seahawks. #Packers have until 3 pm today to activate him, but that remains the expectation.

You ever get to Lambeau and see a row of dudes who look just like that squeezed onto the metal bleachers and know thereβs no way youβre sitting in your assigned seat?
Great, stick him on the O line. 12 can play center and Patrick to RG.

Packers activate QB Aaron Rodgers off reserve/COVID-19 list
Didn't AR eliminate dairy?
Hopefully the lost time doesn't have too much impact on 12.
