Important question for this weekend's game.
Old Fashioned
Whiskey or Brandy?
Sweet or Sour?
Whiskey Sour
Ah, a cosmopolitan for moi.

The only answer for this Wisconsinite is Brandy Old Fashioned Sour. Not bit on sour mix so I prefer the 50/50 or squirt. I may need a few to get through this game.
No injury designation, and despite that, guessing 5 snaps.
Matt LaFleur on Aaron Jones, who has no injury designation for Sunday’s game: “We’re still gonna be smart with him. I don’t think he’s 100% by any stretch.”

A bit surprised Musgrave is questionable. I would have thought he would be ruled out. He must have made some decent progress.
Only four players on the Packers’ final injury report before facing the Vikings.

Jaire Alexander, De’Vondre Campbell, Luke Musgrave and Josh Myers are all questionable.
Everyone else good to go.
Aaron Jones told me this is the best he’s felt since injuring his hamstring Week 1. Not quite as fresh as he was entering the opener at Chicago, but better than before his setback entering Raiders game, which forced him to be inactive. He’s hopeful to be 100% Sunday.

Matt LaFleur says Luke Musgrave was able to run around in practice, surprisingly: "He's super mature for a rookie, and he's one tough sucker, now. I don't think too many guys would be able to come back that quickly from what happened to him. It just shows his toughness, his grit"

Jaire Alexander practicing today. Preston Smith back from his illness. Luke Musgrave returned from ankle injury.

Everyone on the #Packers roster is practicing on this Friday.
Musgrave could run around, but can he run the right routes?

Christian Watson appears to have this particularly problem.
If Watson runs through the woods and nobody is there to see it. Is it still the wrong route?

Not strong enough. Needs a paint thinner chaser.

MLF: I don't think he's 100% by any stretch.
Did he just say stretch when referring to AJ33's hammy??
If he's injured and not 100% with no injury designation.....the league can fine them for that.
Hey @packerboi - those 5 snaps.....first half? Or second half?
5 snaps. 2 on the first 3 and out drive to open the game , 1 in the 2nd Qtr. and the last 2 in the Packers first ( 3 and out) in the 3rd. Qtr.
Sadly, true.
MLF is done. Needs to go. Take Barry with him.
Brandy Old Fashion Sweet for this guy. It is interesting that I have lived in many states (now in Florida) around the country, and it seems like nobody knows how to make an Old Fashion like Wisconsin does.
To be fair, none of the other 49 states know how to drink like Wisconsin does.
Yup, something to be proud of !

I get a kick out of how all these Las Vegans became Knights fans but not Raiders fans. Maybe they just weren't hockey fans before the Knights or maybe they are just frontrunners. Just Win Baby!
While winning certainly makes a difference (see: stands, Lambeau), I imagine a lot of people didn't give much thought to ice hockey in Nevada, Arizona, etc. until they had a local pro team.

Put me on the Brandy-Sour team. I think I'll have another one, cheers !

It’s a couple things.
Knights first game of the franchise was just days after the mass shooting at Mandalay Bay. The Vegas community was never a bonded community as we are mostly a group of transplants from all over the world. That event, combined with our first major sports franchise, brought the community together. For people who live here, the opening ceremony and game felt like the World Series game after 9/11 when Bush riffiled a strike on the ceremonial first pitch. It was fucking beyond awesome and everyone was all in.
Next, we don’t consider the Raiders our team. They are just the new neighbor who will probably develop a gambling or drinking problem and move back home within 5 years. You’re not considered local until you’ve been here a decade or so. There is one exception, see above. They were born here, thus the slogan “Vegas Born.”
Its a local culture thing. Not a type of sport thing.
Six years later and this is a hockey town. We got ice rinks popping up all over town.
Lastly, we know every other fan base hates us and we don’t give a shit about your envy.
Makes sense and I like the team, why not.

It’s an awesome story and they are fun to root for. The original team had a nickname of “The Misfits” because they were the castoffs that other franchises left unprotected. Only one household name on the roster, Flurey.
People like PackerRick will tell you they were gifted a great roster because of rule changes to new franchises. Reality is no experts picked them to finish with a winning record, let alone make it to the cup.
It’s an awesome sports story and PackerRick is sad that his franchise isn’t as fun to support.
…and last years team produced the best championship speech in the history of sports. The PR person trying to steal the mic from Karlson can never get a seat at a bar or restaurant in this town again.

People like me have lived in Vegas for 43 years, you're not going to tell me anything I don't know about the city. I saw "hockey fans" claim they were hard core Kings fans but when the Knights started winning they switched. The truth is this city was so starved for any pro team they were going to back them just to prove they could support a pro team. Oscar was busting his ass to get an NBA team. Hockey was getting the foot in the door. And look, the Raiders, the As, and LeBron is trying to bring an NBA team here. If this team was a cellar dweller you wouldn't see all of the euphoria. The Raiders and As will be very popular when they start winning but I know plenty of guys who just "invested" in Raider tickets. I went in a couple times and talked to them but I didn't like the way the PSLs were worded or priced.
As far as rule changes allowing them to start with a good franchise? How many expansion teams were in the Stanley Cup Finals. I'm curious what the NHL would have said if they won. I think they would have had a hard time calling them castoffs.
