God I miss Jordy.
Rodgers is a great QB but he didn't make Jordy. That guy is a ****ing baller.
Absolutely!
Make sure it's black and white so Fedya can see it
There are packages that they have been reserving for Q2 of the Green Bay Packer season.
Q2 (or 2/3rd) starts Sunday.
They are going to see things that are not on tape anywhere.
Good luck Donkeys. We're coming!
someone needs to talk to the Cortana family about naming their kid "microsoft."
21-23. I don't know who to pick. Gut is saying the Packers.
AFC pretender team. Packers Oline wins it as long as Bak isn't pirouetting for the performance.
Broncos have NO running game and Peyton has been awful.
However, even MM admits Eddie is heavy, Starks is injured, Adams is iffy, and Montgomery is injured.
Shaping up like a close-fought defensive battle. Given that the Pack is 1-9 in their last 10 games on the road against teams that made the playoffs, I see a low-scoring loss in Denver.
Got to win in Carolina if we lose in Denver.
"I went through a bunch of statistics — just basically top to bottom offense, defense, special teams — and I frankly finished the presentation just to remind them that statistics are for losers," McCarthy said. "But more importantly what's in the statistics."
With regards to Denver's defense, I will say as Winston Wolf so eloquently stated "Well, let's not start sucking each other's dicks quite yet." Denver's defense has performed well thus far. No doubt. But, they ain't exactly played a murderer's row of team to date.
Baltimore (1-6) 15th in scoring offense
Kansas City (2-5) 21st
Detroit (1-6) 29th
Minnesota (4-2) 26th
Oakland (3-3) 10th
Cleveland (2-5) 23rd
I'm not saying they aren't a talented defense, and they vary well could shut down the Packers, but let's hold off crowning them some 2000 Ravens level defense simply because they've beat a bunch of offensively limited teams that have gone 13-27 on the year.
From what I've seen, the short underneath & crossing routes are going to be wide open all day vs. the Bronco defense.
Cobb should do very well.
As has been previously stated. Turnovers are the key.
My honest opinion.
The Chiefs scored 24
The Browns scored 23
The Vikings scored 20
The Ravens scored 13
The Lions scored 12
The Raiders scored 10
Denver hasn't faced an offense even CLOSE to the capability of the offense the Packers possess. It would be great for Rodgers to have his full compliment of weapons but even if he doesn't, I can't imagine the Packers scoring less than 24.
As long as the Packer defense keeps doing what they've been doing, it's going to be very difficult for the Broncos to win
"Yeah, I don't see any way the Packers can lose this game"
-anonymous fan on his way to the stadium for SB32.
The Chiefs offense scored 17. Peyton threw a pick 6.
The Browns offense scored 16. Peyton threw another pick 6.
The Ravens offense scored 6. Peyton threw yet another pick 6.
Peyton has thrown 7 additional INTs that have led to short fields for the opponents offenses. (Including 2 that led directly to 14 of the Vikes 20 points).
Two ways to look at these facts.
One is that the Denver D is really, really good and has given up 20 points fewer than the Pack's ("league leading") D.
The other way to look at is that Peyton is really, really bad (at this point of his career) and the Pack's rejuvenated D should have opportunities to take advantage of his poor play.
And the correct way to look at it, is that the Broncos haven't played a team with any semblance of a good offense.
"Well, let's not start sucking each other's dicks quite yet."
Than why are we even here?
Not the offense we've seen the past few games. Without someone emerging who can stretch the field as Jordy could do there are problems. MM and AR have had two weeks to make things better, so we'll see.
I think we've been underestimating the impact of shorter term injuries on both sides of the ball.
I think we've been underestimating how much teams get up to play GB. GB gets everyone's full effort every week. Especially the teams looking for a signature win. Its everyone's barometer.
Teams are a combined 2-5 after falling to GB. Yeah, there's bad teams in that stat. But losing to GB takes a lot of air out of a team that burned a lot effort.
FS and I really like the way the Pats run their offense. Lots of short passes and screens, and just when the defense start to creep up, POW! They are so patient on offense. We need to do the same thing.
Our 12 seems impatient this season at times.
Just as long he is not a inpatient we are OK

I want to see Phat Eddie stretch the field.
An immobile Manning spells doom for the Bronco's pass offense. Matthews and Peppers combine for 4 sacks and a ton of hurries causing our DBs to go on an INT binge and at least one for a pick 6. Randall and Rollins show everyone why TT drafted them. 28-13 Packers.
Mason Crosby and David Bakhtiari are making homecomings of sorts as both played at Colorado.
I've got a feeling Croz is going to set a new NFL record for FG length on Sunday night, current one being 64 yards set in Denver 2 years ago.
Mike will definitely let him take a shot if it's there.
Sam Farmer from LA Times:
PACKERS (6-0) AT
BRONCOS (6-0)
7:30 p.m. Sunday, NBC-5
Packers by 2 1/2 (O/U 45 1/2)
As outstanding as the Broncos defense is, Aaron Rodgers should still be able to move the ball. Peyton Manning just hasn't been Peyton Manning this season, so in this battle of unbeatens, go with the hotter QB. Packers 27, Broncos 20.
Green Bay 28 v Denver 24

Thats what I said 2 weeks ago against an immobile QB and patchwork o line. Didn't play out that way.
GB sacked Rivers 3 times. And they happened when circumstances demanded they had to happen. There was a post last week that the Raiders DL was doing things against the Chargers OL that GB failed to do against a group of scrubs.
Oakland had 1 sack.
When what you envisioned should happen doesn't happen. Don't blame Green Bay for winning. Blame your ****ed up misguided sense of what's really taking place.
They didn't lay a finger on Rivers for the first 3 quarters of that game. The fact that they started getting to him in the fourth quarter was basically a miracle. It's very unusual for the OL to suddenly start losing the battle after being dominant for 3 quarters. The defense is usually the one who is gassed and beaten down after a day like that. Oakland did a much better job of hitting Rivers and forcing early/off-target throws than the Packers did (at least during the first half they did). If you watched the game, you'd understand that completely.
There's a lot more to pass rushing than sacks. I remember a playoff game by the 2007 Giants where they were just beating the living hell out of Romo (hitting him on every pass attempt, basically). It was easily one of the pass rushing efforts I've ever seen, but the Giants only had 2 sacks in that game. Another good example is BrINT's NFCCG against the Saints. The Saints were giving BrINT a terrible beating in that game, and they were forcing him into bad throws. Wanna know how many sacks the Saints had? Zero.
If I watched the game I'd understand?
Is your real name Merrill Dilfer Jaworski Jr?
Green Bay applying pressure when they needed to was a miracle. I can't take it.
They were hitting Rivers and forcing him into bad throws in the first half of that game, and he looked abysmal. I don't know why confronting this fact makes you so buttmad. Good things tend to happen when you manage to get in a quarterback's face. Imagine that.
And yes, it is basically a miracle to suddenly start generating pressure after not getting within arm's reach of a guy for three quarters. When a defense is getting stonewalled for three quarters, it's extremely rare to suddenly generate pass rush in the fourth quarter. Either they figured something out scheme-wise in the fourth quarter that they weren't seeing early on, or San Diego's offensive line was winded after having Rivers throw so many passes.
Randall got the credit for the breakup of Rivers' final pass, but Peppers pressure is what really made the play

Yes, a miracle. They adjusted and started using the blitz more effectively, it truly was magic. Christ. Rivers is a good QB and the quick dink and dunk dragging guys across the middle was enough to keep them off balance and yet the defense held up in the red zone. If this is the low ebb of the season I'll take it.
Thanks the football gods that he wasn't good enought to see a wide open Woodhead on the prior play.
Obviously a miracle.
You obviously are not a Christian.
