Yes, it's a CBS pool. Houston Cheesehead got it going. There's 15-20 people in it.

It didn't register my Rank'em picks either. I'll take my 2 in I2H Pool and like it.

Just curious Maynard - why do you keep making picks in last year's pool? You're also making them in the current pool, so you clearly know the difference, so why would you do them in the old, defunct pool?

I think this was the toughest week so far to make picks.

New England at Atlanta
Pittsburgh at San Diego
Chicago at Cleveland ...

I finally just picked out of the blue...Figured I could go back and change them if I did any in-depth research. Probably would blow more though, if I did, than I fixed. So I'll probably just leave them.

Got ahold of LAPack and got that all cleared up.

I'm thinking it's the lack of spaces between the names. Not sure if a really long topic line would normally wrap around or not.

Sorry guys --blame it on the guys who didn't get their picks in on time...if there weren't so many, I'd have had space left over to put spaces in between. You only get so much space for subject titles. It didn't do that on mine, so I didn't notice, but I have a wide screen, and mine wrapped to the next line after "Need Picks", don't know if other people's did or not.

If it happens again, I'll try to get at least one or two spaces in the middle there somewhere. Sorry.

Was just wondering...I sent in my picks for last week on October 10th because it was too early to pick for the week and I had to leave town for 10 days. I see I was given the minimum correct because it had a little + next to it. Were they not received? I sent them to the address listed at the home page...Darn hurricane messed me up this week because I didn't get back in time for the Friday game. Guess I shouldn't plan vacations during football season. j/k

If you still have problems, you can always PM your picks to either Legacy or me and we can insert them - even after the fact. (As long as your PM is timestamped before the first game starts...)

I was under the impression the cutoff time is 1 hr before games start.

Seeing I won last week do I get any special considerations??

The official cutoff IS one hour before game time to get picks into the pool. However, Legacy has been generous enough to manually enter picks for someone having trouble getting in - as long as they were given before the games actually started. As her lackey with the spare key to get in the door - I've done that too.

Strangely enough, when I enter the "Pic Zone", I get a message saying that it is too late to make pics...Which is odd, because it's Friday morning.

Is this the I2H Memorial picks pool PFF? I just checked over there and I could still at least change my picks, which leads me to think that someone could still make new picks. The heading there still says:

I just made my picks this morning. I also had a cookie deletion problem recently and you can get them to send you a new password if you need it. Otherwise you should be able to just log in manually by putting in your password under the fantasy column, if you have the site bookmarked. If not, go back to the first post in this thread, follow the directions at the end of my first post for getting in online w/o an invite, put in your user name and password. If your password is wrong they will ask if you've lost it and send a new one.

Been busting my tail weatherizing the house lately, and haven't checked the pool email for a bit, but we can always put anything in later, even after the fact as long as it came in on time.
