I think we need a spot (think this should be stickied all year) where we can all see the talent and respect that both Marshawn Lynch and Marion Barber have in the NFL, and we need to be able to find it quickly and easily so we can always think about what could have been since. We'll track from the trade deadline moving forward

The horrible and inept Packers rushing game (Stats don't matter for the Packers, only the opinion of geenyous) ran 23 times for 76 yards against the 7th rated rushing defense.

Meanwhile the 2nd rated rushing team in the NFL had it's running backs run 22 times for 76 yards against the 23rd rated rushing defense.

Respect, indeed.

You don't count the fake punt or the Sanchez run in garbage time in the Jets rushing stats but count Jackson's 27 yard run with 8 seconds left in the first half when the Jets were in the prevent?

I think we'd all like a 25-year-old Jim Brown. But I don't think he's available right about now.

Who is available who would be an improvement in the running game?

Certainly not an overpriced, overrated Marshawn Lynch or an over-aged, over the hill Marion Barber. Not sure of the solution, but no one on this board has brought it up. Hence we stick with our best options, Jackson and Kuhn.

He needs to go to the Pro Bowl!!

Thank God we have him for our running game!

Can't think of anybody else I would want!!!

He was FAN FREAKING TASTIC again today!!!

Thank you football gods for allowing the Packers to have drafted the GREAT Brandon Jackson in the second round!!

Are you watching me outside my window as I kneel down and pray? 500 yards Rong, 500 yards.

Jackson is doing a fine job. But there is nothing behind him. Kuhn is just a one dimensional FB that was thought so little of the Packers let him test the FA waters without an offer. The Packer let him carry a whopping 16 times the 2 previous seasons combined. Hardly sounds like somebody they planned on giving the ball to this season. Kuhn is not the answer as the #2 RB.

The Packers had 2 1st downs rushing today and one of them was on the Jackson 27 yard run right before the end of the first half, a meaningless play that was simply what the defense was giving the Packers in that situation. With a more competent running game the Packers win by 25 today.

Guess you missed this.

Jackson rushed 7 times on 1st down, 5 times he gained 3 yards or less, 2 times 4 yards or more.

Kuhn rushed 5 times on 1st down, 2 times for 3 yards or lass, 3 times for 4 yards or more.
