Just read his bio on Wiki and it looks like the guy knows how to caoch QBs. Could this be the guy who finally makes Cutler a winner? Maybe the bigger question is Cutler willing to be coached?

He may well be. Who truly knows, but he has done some good things with QBs in the NFL, which is huge, and his offense with the 9ers was not bad. I think he was unfairly bashed, because he wasn't Mike Holmgren. The CFL isn't a great league, but it gave him head coaching experience and he ran with it.That shows he can lead.
