The narrative is going to be Kirkland can't win prime time games on the road but really their defense shit the bed.

But keep padding those Kirkland prime time stats.

Agreed. This defense can be had. I hope the Packers are paying attention.

If the Vikings don't generate a pass rush, the Packers offense will hang 30+ on them.

Packdog.  You want to end the divisional NFL, OK.  No more divisions, no more divisional match-ups.  The SB winner gets the toughest schedule per tie breakers, worst team per tie breakers gets the easiest schedule per tie breakers.

I would not like that, but to each their own.  Divisional NFL has proven to be mostly successful and popular.

What a wonderful sports weekend.

Much to be thankful for: Packers and Badgers win, Gophers gutted, Vikings sunk.  Oh, and the Bucks with back to back 40+ point blowouts.

I love these games!

Don't forget ...

Gophers BBall lost at home to DePaul on Saturday to fall to 3-4.

Gophers Hockey swept by UND and that team is washed.

Timberpups lost at home to the woeful Grizz without half their players.

But hey the Wild on a roll to get to .500 and ruin their chance to pick a game changer in next year's NHL draft.

Loserville USA on full display.

We beat the Vikings didn’t we?

"Did gb beat minn already?"

"Week 1 lol...By the skin of their ass when Kurt didn’t want to throw the ball"

Week 2. We won bottom line.

Amazing what a 2-10 team can do to someone's brain.

Any team can beat any team at any time. Ask the Eagles at Miami.

Win your division.  Wouldn't have it any other way.

I know, but it just doesn’t seem right that the Cowboys should be seeded higher than the 49ers. Not sure what the answer is but hopefully no one would paint a long-winded straw man argument saying I wanted to end divisional play cause you know...never said that.

I advocate for having only 2 divisions within each conference. I would use East/West to break up monopolies (like the current AFCE) since there are so many teams located in the North.

Retaining the current system of overall record and tiebreakers, the winners of those divisions are seeded #1 and #2 and earn the bye week.
Teams 3 through 6 are accordingly seeded to fill out the field. I think this would essentially eliminate the possibility of an 8-8 team ever being seeded higher than a 12-4 team.

And puts some teeth back into being a divisional champion, as well as lending itself to expanded playoff fields if that ever comes about.
I don't see where it should affect any particular rivalries.

Surely scheduling can be managed to cap the number of East/West Coast games within a year.
