I should watch more games than just the Packers. What are these guys doing hitting and swarming to the ball and shit?

Well, I mean, you do get to see the Packers opposing teams hitting and swarming to the ball and shit.

Which leads to the age old question in GB.

Is it the DC or the GM's fault the D is always underperforming?

What I've seen far too often is opposing coordinators, a lot of them with less experience, is completely embarrass our offense or defense, especially.
That falls squarely on the coordinators and HC, IMO.

It feels like this is the least talented the NFL has been in a long time...there are no teams clearly superior unless the other team gets a rash of injuries.

Guess this is the parity Goodell wants. Meh...

Thinking about this, remember training camp 2022 when our defense made our offense look bad. Now we know why, the offense wasn't very good, nor was that defense either, they just had it easy against the offensive unit.

The salary escalation of the superstar QBs and WRs have created several types of "flawed" contending teams.

1. Teams with a superstar QB that takes up huge amounts of cap space. This results in having to shed other superstar-level talent once the big cap hits start coming (the Tyreke Hill, Amari Cooper, and Davante Adams trades are all a result of this at one level or another).

2. Teams with above-average QBs on rookie deals or cheaper vets that can load up on other talent (Philly and SF).

3. Teams that go-all in that know they are going to be in cap hell with no future draft picks for the chance to win now (LA last year).

The one team that has a superstar QB on a rookie contract with money for other superstar talent is Cincy, which is why they may win it all.  Once the Burrow and Chase contract hits, they'll be out of luck too.

Jacksonville is probably the team in the best shape to make a jump next year because they have a promising QB still on a rookie deal. I don't think Justin Fields, Zach Wilson, or Trey Lance are going to move the needle.

The 49er fans that I know are arrogant as hell, I say again, fuck them

I hate Shanahan. Fans are arrogant. And until you've been up close and personal with Philly fans, you dk how subhuman they really are.
