I have a hard time buying that the Giants will beat Detroit. They are trending down and Detroit is trending up. If I had to guess:

1. Dallas: @NYG (W), TB (W), DET (W), @PHI (L) 14-2

2. Seattle: @GB (L), LA (W), ARI (W), @SF (W) 11-4-1

3. Atlanta: @LA (L), SF (W), @CAR (W), NO (W) 10-6

4. Green Bay: SEA (W), @CHI (W), MIN (W), @DET (W) 10-6

5. Washington: PHI (W), @CAR (W), @CHI (W), NYG (W) 10-5-1

6. Detroit: CHI (W), @NYG (W), @DAL (L), GB (L) 10-6

Outside Looking In:

7. Tampa Bay: NO (W), @DAL (L), @NO (W), CAR (W) 10-6

8. Giants: DAL (L), DET (L), @PHI (W), @WAS (L) 9-7

9. Vikings: @JAX (W), IND (L), @GB (L), @CHI (W) 8-8

Detroit will end up edging out Tampa in Strength of Victory for the tiebreaker in this scenario. Washington comes to Lambeau for us to knock them out for the second year in a row, Detroit goes in to Atlanta and loses a close one. GB goes to Dallas for some old fashioned revenge! Atlanta goes to Seattle and gets whooped. GB goes to Seattle for the NFCC and then on to Houston for the SB.

1. Dallas: @NYG (W), TB (W), DET (W), @PHI (L) 14-2

2. Seattle: @GB (W), LA (W), ARI (W), @SF (W) 12-3-1

3. Atlanta: @LA (W), SF (W), @CAR (W), NO (W) 11-5

4. Green Bay: SEA (L), @CHI (W), MIN (W), @DET (W) 9-7

5. New York: DAL (L), DET(W), @PHI (W), WAS (L) 10-6

6. Washington: @PHI(L), CAR (W), @CHI (W), NY(W) 9-6-1

Out

Detroit CHI (W), @NYG (L), @DAL (L), GB (L) 9-7

Minnesota @JAX (W), IND (W), @GB (L), @CHI (W) 9-7

Tampa Bay NO (W), @DAL (L), @NO (L), CAR (W) 9-7

Atlanta curbstomps Washington
Green Bay squeaks by NY

Green Bay beats Dallas
Seattle curbstomps Atlanta

Seattle soundly beats Green Bay

Getting healthy helps too.

While I would like to see McCarthy adjust his approach when he doesn't have the "right" players available, I once was told that it is players, not plays.

Was very encouraging to see the DBs tackle much better on Sunday than they have in some time.

Randall and Gunter outside put Hyde in the slot, and the conditions made Gunter's lack of speed negligible. Next 3 should be similar with 2 at Lambeau and @ CHI.

While he's been out awhile I wish they would look at bring Richardson back so he could fill the same role Burnett is playing right now.  Just a little flexibility in letting Burnett stay deep on certain plays to help the CBs from gettting completely destroyed would be beneficial.

If the Packers doctor's clear him medically, he'd be exponentially better than Carl Bradford. They've kept him around for years and then have to take him out of games because he is such a liability.

They like Bradford's contributions on ST's I would guess. To be fair, having your #4 ILB be on the roster more for ST than ILB play is not that ridiculous. It's not often you expect your #4 ILB to be on the field significantly, just like you don't expect your #5 WR, #5 CB, #10 OL, etc. to see the field often. Jarrett Bush was never kept for his prowess at CB. That doesn't mean you can have any schlub as your #4 ILB, but if they are a strong ST contributor then it's a little more forgivable. If you want to question why someone is on the roster, question why Jeff Janis, Trevor Davis, etc. are on the roster. Those guys don't seem to contribute anything except the occasional reverse or slant catch on offense.

When you see Carl Bradford hopping around the field prior to a 4th quarter Crosby kickoff.... the gnarly hair. The arm bands. The face paint. The pent up aggression. He looks like an imposing linebacker that's not above playing special teams.

Then you notice the spotlessly clean uniform that won't need cleaning and remember it's the 4th quarter.
