Foles throwing wiffle balls out there

We tried that with Joe Thomas. It didn't work then either.

Bear fumble or not?
Is the Colts defense that good or the Bears offense thatâs bad?
How long till the biscuit is back in Chicago
The Bears oline is just getting manhandled
Really loving what is going on in Chitcago. You know the saying, "When you have 2 starting QB you have no starting QB!!!"
Foles on his deep throws pitches it so high it's like a rainbow every time, which gives the DBs plenty of time to cover ground and get to a receiver. It's like he's punting on his deep throws.

Except they have two backup QB's. Same result.
Can we get a welfare check on catttttsssss?
Colts defense is legit.....but yeah...Bears offense ain't that great either.
Probably still soaking her cankles.
Dallass still sucks
@MichiganPacker2 posted:Looking at the video, that's a tough call on Harrison Smith. He's going low and Fells starts to fall over. Smith was aiming for his midsection and ends up hitting his head because Fells is going down. I get the 15-yard penalty, but don't agree with the ejection. He wasn't headhunting.
Smith is a viking. The entire viking team should have been ejected.
They were down by 4 TD's -- it's bad coaching to hand the ball to Zeke when you're down by that much in the 4th Q. Zeke with 12 carries on the day.
This is going to be a reoccurring theme for the Cokeboys because their defense is turrible.
What MM should be doing is feeding zeke early & often to keep his defense off the field & avoid getting into a 4 touchdown hole.

Yes!! I have some friends who are Cowpies fans and I warned them about MM. I told them he will score points through the air, he will abandon the running game, and the defense will be atrocious. I freakin love how things are going for that team.
The thing that's likely to get MM in the most trouble there long-term is his loyalty to assistant coaches that are leading underperforming units. The loyalty is an admirable personal trait, but his inability to move on from special teams coaches and from Dom after it was clear to even casual fans that the team needed to move on cost them many times.
As Boris points out, the staff in Dallas is very similar to that of the 2005 Niners and Mike Nolan hired MM as his Offensive Coordinator back then. Mike Nolan ha been one of the worst DCs in the league recently if you look at his performance in Atlanta before coming to Dallas. MM needs to move on from him, but will he? I'm guessing not.
Dallas is not Philly, Boston, or New York, but the Cowboys always get national press and it is going to be very interesting to see how Mac handles the highly increased scrutiny of a truly inquiring press that is actually willing to question his "wisdom" as opposed to the handful of compliant beat writers who trekked to NE Wisconsin and willingly regurgitated his nonsense to the Green and Gold faithful year after year after year.
I suspect Mac will be wishing he was back among the handful of local scribes and fielding another irrelevant, feel good, softball question from the likes of a Wilde sooner than later.
Couple of my favorite articles so far.
Just wanted to point out the Texans are now 0-4 - They traded next years first rounder to the Dolphins (who need a QB, I guess)
We have acquired a 2020 first-round pick, a 2021 first-round pick, a 2021 second-round pick, CB Johnson Bademosi and T Julien Davenport from the Texans in exchange for T Laremy Tunsil, WR Kenny Stills, a 2020 fourth-round pick and a 2021 sixth-round pick. pic.twitter.com/KKRQppnE3S

There's a real possibility that Houston might have traded #1, #26 and #33 for Kenny Stills (612 yards 2019-2020), #136, a 6th and the chance to pay Laremy Tunsil $22 million a year.

Whoever is running the Texans is committing malpractice. Love Randall Cobb but that contract was far too rich.
That would be Bill O'Brien -- It doesn't really affect the Packers but I hope they keep this dude around for a lifetime. High comedy

Tua?
Yeah I know, but we have precedent recently for teams taking a QB high (Cardinals) then drafting another one (Kyler Murray & Josh Rosen) - Rosen is now on Tampa Bay's PS
I know FitzMagic has the respect of the locker room, but if Tua can play....why isn't he playing?? Now that the Dolphins are 1-3....what are they doing with Tua?
Iâd let Tua sit and learn for at least the first 12 games. Give him a taste at the end of the year.
I wouldn't do that. Say they wait until week 12or 13 and here they sit at 2-10 or such. Those guys won't care about the rest of the season. Tua will get killed if they do that. Play him now or not at all this season.
So Trevor Lawrence is a âsure thingâ, huh? What other QB from the draft was a âsure thingâ? He has as much a chance of being a bust as every other QB taken #1..
Andrew Luck was the last one I can think of. Before that maybe John Elway?

I agree the fins aren't going anywhere so why not play him? However, I haven't kept up with Tua but maybe he isn't full speed yet after his injury at Bama?

Peyton Manning disagrees.
So does Ryan Leaf.

And Jamarcus Russell

And so on, and so on, and so on.....
And those are just a few of the #1 overall picks.
Nobody is a sure thing until they are.
