Gruden just called Manuel, Emmanuel. I think this is smart. Manuel has many more tools than Nassib and a higher ceiling. He looked strong and more accurate than I thought when going through the Senior Bowl practices and was the MVP of the game. Gives you a serious run option. I really liked him. Watched a lot of his games. Offense hid how much he was able to hit gusy downfield and made plays with his arm. Everyone knew about his legs. Still, with the WR tools in Buffalo it might be a tough road for him.

Niners were great everywhere on defense except with DBs. Good idea to get a safety, but I would have thought they'd go with Elam over Reid. Reid will get a better look at the ball with the pass rush in front of him at San Fran. Could be great.
