These Eagle tackles kicking out early is so obvious. It's complete BS that it's not being called.

Pet peeve.
What the hell, think you are I C or Packerhawk?
This is a physical game...there's gonna be some casualties for both sides.
The Niners better bend over, 'cause it's coming.
Wow!
Now there's a surprise!
Good for SF/Purdy.
Eagles O Linemen hold like a mofo on every play.
Don't forget the tush push or whatever... Didn't we get a penalty flag or two when GB did it?
@Timmy! posted:Cobb was inactive (again) today.
Lazard's stat line: 1 target 0 receptions 0 yards.
C'mon back, Aaron! They need you!
This is an example of how catering to a prima dona can destroy a roster. The money spent and time taken from younger players just to appease Rodgers?
Next year it'll be, "I need an offensive line!!!" Lazard, Cobb, etc. should be giving Rodgers a couple of fantastic Christmas presents this year. He certainly got them paid for doing nothing.

Am I imagining that this was illegal like forever (called assisting the runner) Pakrz? Wasn't that the reason Mercein threw his hands up on Starr's sneak? If so, when did they change it?

A few years ago. It is now legal.
Good thing it's not snowing...this is the type of game Philly fans resort to urine soaked snowballs.
That TD before the half by the Niners was yuge.
Philly doesn't play as well from behind as they do with a lead.

Hmmm

I don't recall exactly but it seems to me assisting the runner was frowned upon at some point.
SF shoving it right up Philly's ass.
This is oddly specific
I was ready to give you a :yeah, but..." and thought it wise to look and see who these victories have been against.
Commodes (no surprise, other than they were behind to begin with), Chefs, Cowboys, and Bills. Those are teams that are at least perceived as being strong, yet suspect. The Iggles beat 'em all, and that is pretty damn impressive.
It's amazing what Shanahanny and Purdy can do on offense with absolutely no threat to throw it deep.
That SF player should be ejected......yup, should be. π€¬ π€¬ π€¬
I hate punk-ass players.
Throw his ass outta the game!
He gone!
Greenlaw with the Quay Walker move.
Booting the security guy too...
Speaking of donuts.
Maybe the, "Security Guard" shouldn't be putting his hands on the players either. Should have been offsetting with no ejection.
Free cheesesteaks for life!
SF secondary really clamping down on PHI's routes.
No, he should've knocked his ass down and stomped his guts out.
Punk-ass players shouldn't get any considerations.
Well hell, if the ejection trade off is a security guard for a starting player I'd fill my entire sideline with security personnel just to start shit with every opposing player that comes near our bench.
Security Guard heading to Dunkin to watch the rest of the game
I need to get away from the bad stuff.
So, for those interested, the NFL once banned the assisting of a ball carrier via pushing, pulling or carrying, but in 2005 the league lifted the ban for pushing.
I could remember hearing announcers making a distinction between pulling a player (illegal), but it was permissible to push from behind.
Either the Competition Committee will change the rule, or DCs will have to figure out how to defend it.
Whoa DEEBO
@SteveLuke posted:Nah, the "Security" guy deserved to be tossed as well.
He does not need to get involved on the field.
Technically it was not on the field.
Purdy doesnβt have a strong arm. What he has is way more valuable. Ball placement. If he puts that ball anywhere else, Deebo gets tackled right away. That ball placement allowed him to break the tackle and run for a touchdown.
Man. I don't think GB would be ready for either of these teams. Not in their weight class right now.

What Purdy really has is a fucking ridiculous set of skill players on O and just a stupid defense.
Some guys have all the luck.
Yep, Purdy does it with anticipation, quick mental processing, and accuracy proving you don't have to have a cannon for an arm to be successful. Obviously, you can't be a complete noodle arm and have to be able to make the throws.
