Purdy doesn’t have a strong arm. What he has is way more valuable. Ball placement. If he puts that ball anywhere else, Deebo gets tackled right away. That ball placement allowed him to break the tackle and run for a touchdown.

I said earlier.  It's amazing what Shanahan and Purdy can accomplish with absolutely no threat of a deep ball.

Like many here, I can’t stand Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers.  But I still like them better than Sirianni and the effin Eagles and their awful fans.  Enjoyed seeing the beat down today.

Purdy reminds me more of Joe Montana than Brady.  Brady had a gun for an arm and he rarely escaped the pocket.  Purdy has mobility and arm strength more like Montana.  Perfect for distributing the ball to the best set of skill position players in the NFL.
