This is what Nick Bosa said about his former 49er team mate

“I think Kemoko jumped off the tape, undoubtedly,” Bosa said. “I think he’s shown that he plays our style of football. And that he’s a real game player. Not that he doesn’t show up in practice, but when the lights come on, he shows up even more. It’s something that you can’t really teach. And he’s got that.”

“His effort to the ball, and the motor for a guy who you think is lighter and smaller,” Bosa said. “But you walk up to him and he’s (6-foot-5 and 248 pounds) and he can run like that. I remember watching him with the Colts and being impressed. ”

I think he'd be a great vet to add to the OLB room as a situational pass rusher, could probably snag him for $2 - 3M if he will consider GB.

The 2 RB move is crazy..   If the plan is to use Rodgers on a couple run plays a game, I don't like it.   So far he has shown to be a poor mans Ty Montgomery.

I'd rather play Goodson at WR than Rodgers at Scat Back or whatever the name of that role is.

Yeah, that seems a little odd.  I guess they're counting on the two they cut to clear waivers.  It's a bit of a gamble, I agree.  But when you have to weigh in all the factors in building the roster, it's less hard to replace them if you lose them to waiver claims.

Bit of a surprise to me.  It looked like Kiondre Thomas played his way onto the 53.  Nixon and Jean-Charles seem like JAGs.  But what do I know?

Hey-don't answer that!

Go Get em Gute !

He's a vested vet, so I doubt he will be signed before week two.
If he is signed to the 53 now, his contract becomes fully guaranteed for the season.

They can call up each of the practice squad players to be game day actives up to three times without having to add them to the 53 man roster.
We need to think in terms of a 69 man roster instead of 53.

In the flexible PS era(or whatever they call it), that’s not a big deal. They will add a PS RB to the 53 every week until Kylin Hill returns.

Ford must have been magical in practice because he was ass in the games.

6’5” 338â€Ķcan’t teach that kind of size and raw power. I assume they think Heflin has hit his ceiling while Ford is still at his floor. Interesting to note the average size of our interior DL is 6’4” 315 lbsâ€Ķin McCarthy’s last year it was 6’2” 305 lbs. Gotten bigger over the last 4 seasons! LaFleur wants big boys!

Well, you can't teach the 6'5" part, but the 338 is easily done even if you are 5'6".
