With a significant new variable to consider, namely Aaron's absence, what record do folks see over the final 10 weeks of the 2017 season?
Based upon how MM rallied the troops after Aaron went down in 2013, I predict 3-7.

I could see them staying in the race if they get some O-Linemen back healthy. But today was a worst case scenario with a whole bunch of guys off the street playing in the OLine. If they can stabilize that situation, they can compete, but not with the ragtag crew they were forced to put out there in the 2nd half.
Healthy?? what is that really??
I predict youβll be miserable regardless of their record.
Carolina is the only game that we shouldnβt win IMO. Every other team is struggling with something big, not as big as losing the franchise QB, so there will be a chance. We may not be favored in any game, but I think people are going to be surprised by Hundley. I think with preparation and working on receiver timing heβs going to be just fine. Not Aaron Rodgers, but better than game manager.
Steve or Goldie?
Goldie's miserable because her #1 boyfriend is out.
To pile onto Chillijon's post, Steve Luke only emerges from under his rock when something bad happens......Steve, please don't show up in my stock market forum.
If our O-lineman are able to come back I think we can win some games.... TB QB hurt today, Stafford is playing hurt & Tate went out of game today, Chicago is being competitive with smoke & mirrors,
10 and 0
They will sort this out, coach up Hundley, circle the wagons and make a push to qualify for playoffs. The stretch with Flynn said a ton about the staff and the organization. There are guys still on the field that have been through this and know how to make plays. Hundley will take his lumps and make his mistakes, but he will end up making plays as well. When you stack him up against the 2013 Matt Flynn, are there any glaring disadvantages? Kid is gonna surprise a lot of people.
The Vikings only have six games left to win.
Of course there's this thread
Who the **** knows what their record will be but if they can get guys healthy I expect them to compete as I have faith in Hundley and the coaching staff
The real question is the D and how we allowed 23 to the schit Vikings
6-4 at least.

I'm here all the time thanks, just not as prolific as certain posters.
Some would rather hate the messenger than contemplate the message.
I have stated I see the team winning just 3 more games. If I am mistaken, you and Chilli can certainly let the board know about it.
Of course, I understand if you and he would rather not go on the record on this one.
wrong question to ask. its a week-to-week league. There will be another handful of injuries and upsets.
How do we beat the Saints is all I care about. So many other variables with any other questions. ITs about surviving, advancing and then evaluating from here on out.
scrap the playbook, tailor a new one that helps Hundley and somehow try to squeeze more from the other 52 players to get over the hump
Get King, House, Brooks, and the entire OL back. Get Biegel back.
Get a win by any means possible next week and get to the bye week tied for first.
Im so damned thankful the bye is coming up instead of behind them. Gives MM and the staff to reshuffle the offense around Hundley. Hundley was drafted based on what happened in 2013.
Anyone wants to waive the white flag, go full turtle and subscribe to Mel Kipers draft guide. Have at it. Just keep your quit internalized. No one actually cares youβve given up.
Wins
Saints, Bears, Browns
3-7
5-5, unless a lot of guys come back really fast, and then 6-4. Just too many injuries to overcome this year. I'd like to say the record could be better, but unless our Oline makes a miracle recovery, Hundley is going to hard pressed to carry the O.
It writes itself.
I watched Hundleys post game press conference, heβs a sharp guy. His message was simple for the Vikings game: no excuses and we will be better going forward. I like him, he has that same quiet confidence that Rodgers has. He hit those difficult back shoulder throws today, thatβs challenging. His accuracy is good, but he has to get some more air under some of those passes. He was trying to drill some in there with a low trajectory and they got batted down.
3-7? I would not bet against these guys
The key thing is health on the OL

Hey, wouldn't be if they'd win the big one IN THE QUEENS STADIUM!!!!!!! Is that so bad??

That's why I said 3-7. If Bak, Bulaga, L. Taylor, and the DBs were healthy, I'd say 5 or 6 wins. Having 3 OL guys being banged up is a big issue with a backup QB.
I for one would never bet against this team. I think next week is going to be the key to me. The Saints will probably blow up our defense but I also believe the if Hundley plays well the Packers should score against them. BUT, as others have said health along the OL is the key to this team.

I see the drinking is going well, Goldie?

and what is with all the people liking this post??? Come on......I love my boys. I'm Irish and if we're not complaining, we're not happy.

I agree this team can compete if they are reasonably healthy even without Rodgers. Reasonably healthy to me means 4 out of 5 starters on Oline stay healthy and 5 out of top 6 DBs are healthy plus other position groups stay healthy. But if they can't stabilize the injury situation a bit, it would be a tall order to go 5 and 5 the rest of the year.
Sunday is re-hab day.
Did you see the throws Hundley made today? With no preparation?
I am not a homer but the dolts out there ready to throw dirt on GB are going to be disappointed
MN? Banking on Case Keenum? Detroit with a gimpy Pad Statford? uh ok
Tall order to to 5-5?
JFC on a stick
The NFC is wide open. Hundley isn't Rodgers but he doesn't need to be
1-9. They might beat the Browns? Everyone gets hurt and only Martinez knows how to play defense.
Bunch of pessies here
We'll just let the defense carry us this year (no excuses!). Things should be fine
2-8 as they stand, with a shot at 5-5. No Rodgers is bad enough, but the offensive line woes and lack of healthy defensive backs is troublesome as well. A lot depends on Bakhtiari and Bulaga , as well as getting a better pass rush.
Whoa, WHOA, WHOA!! Everything I've read says Rodgers may be out for the season. So he goes on IR and can be recalled if healthy and the Pack makes the playoffs. The death of the Packers for this season is being exaggerated.
I think pass rush has been one of the positives, guys are getting pressure, but, as has been the history, the middle of the field is still wide open. With a little bit better play from the corners and safety's, there a more than a few sacks.
The pass rush has been solid, IMO, but if they continue to be short handed at DB, they'll need to be even better. Rodgers probably misses a minimum of 8 games. I'm guessing next week will be a MASH unit loss. Detroit is trouble with a depleted lineup also. The Queens in Green Bay and Browns should still be wins, working up from there.

Grave digger exactly expressed my thoughts: I suspect GB will need 9 wins to get a wildcard spot. Cleveland, Baltimore, Detroit (home) and Chicago make 8 so from the Saints, Steelers, Vikings, Lions, and Panther's we need one other!
Pack88
This is such a bull**** stupid ****ing thread.
Win next week. Go from there.
I am still hopeful Adams debuts in the next couple weeks. THe coaches were really high on this kid. Another pusher in the middle makes the outside guys more effective. And of course all the horses healthy in the secondary is a must. That bye week canβt come soon enough.
The Packers had a chance to almost run away with the NFC w Rodgers. If the D is up to the task, they could still win plenty. But are they? The guys in that locker room know whatβs in front of them.
The season isnβt on Hundleyβs shoulders- though his play will mean a lot. The season is on the defense. Today was a bad display of angles, technique, and tackling. They wonβt win another game if they play like they did today.
