And my favorite story of my career when signing an undrafted player:
— Andrew Brandt (@AndrewBrandt) April 28, 2018
I once told a player we would sign him for a $500 bonus. His response: “I only have about $100 now, but I can get you the rest next week.”
“No,” I answered, “We pay you."
Good luck to all the undrafteds...
Hoping for some TEs

Eleven UDFAs listed so far signed or probably signed...and only two OL. And neither are listed as Tackles.
Clearly Gut and company don't think this is a very good year for offensive linemen. Maybe he should've just drafted some sh!tbags just for the hell of it instead of drafting guys he thinks have possible/probable NFL talent and could actually help the team
The Packers are doomed. It's April and the Vikings will probably win the Super Bowl. And the Packers have no O-line depth. Oh the horror!!!

Jacob Alsadek is listed at 6'7" 325, but the grading says he's a Guard only because of lack of athleticism. Thats one tall Guard. Here's his write up https://www.nfl.com/prospects/...00-256e-b7ded06c7ce1
Feel free to cut/paste bio into another post.
Get on the phone with Michael Joseph, Hercules Mata'afa, Gute!
Mata'afa signed with the vikings

And the Bores got Joseph.
What do you want a defense with 11 CBs?
Can confirm Eastern Kentucky QB Tim Boyle has signed with the #Packers.

#Packers have signed Richmond OT Alex Light as an undrafted free agent.

#Packers have signed Minnesota State-Morehead WR Damon Gibson to a UDFA contract. Another big guy at 6-4, 236, runs a 4.7. Could wind up being a tight end.

How about this guy:
David Bright - Guard - Stanford
Bright was a four-star recruit from Yorba Linda, Calif., and played at famed Mater Dei High School. Stanford's offensive line depth allowed him to redshirt in 2013 and kept him on the bench for two years, though he played in 27 games in 2014 and 2015. In his junior season, Bright started 10 of 12 games played, four at left guard and six at right tackle. He received national recognition for his play as a senior, garnering second-team All-American honors from The Sporting News and second-team All-Pac-12 notice from league coaches after moving all over the line. Bright started all 14 games, beginning the year with two games at left tackle, then lining up at left guard for the remainder of the year save one October start at right guard.

I want to basically completely churn the CB room. Give Rollins his shot at Safety and find a way for House and Pipkins to not deserve a roster spot.

Honestly. You need to stop talking about corners for a while.
Honest question: which of last year's corners (besides King) do you really want to see on the field? Sure, Pipkins or Hawkins may turn in to a decent player at some point but if they can bring in guys to compete at every single corner spot then go for it. It kind of looks like that's what they're doing at receiver past Adams (and probably Cobb) with five receivers drafted in two years.
I have a feeling the light will go on for Rollins this year.
I have a feeling the Wizard did him no favors.
He has a chance this year.
One of the bigger WR should learn how to at least bump DE or OLB and switch to TE. Maybe Gibson from Minnesota Moorhead is the guy?

Maybe, he just looks more and more like he could be a good version of Charlie Peprah.

I hear that is what is in the cards for Michael Clark. He is in the weight gaining phase now. I wouldn't consider the source an insider, but he seemed sure of it.

His future likely won't extend much beyond OTA's and mini-camp. But they can never take that away from him.

Interesting. Same high school that St. Brown went to.
I don't think ol' level headed St Brown went there, just his younger brothers.
Like what's happening here. Lots and lots of beef. A couple long time starters at big conference teams on the OL.
Tyler Lancaster is going to play in the NFL. Some talk about him switching sides to OL. Strong fella.
Who was the guy the pack switched from DL to OL? Hallstrom (I think he started at Iowa on the DL, but moved to guard for Fry)?
Ron Hallstrom? Not exactly a great NFL player.
Goalline, you're an idiot.
Right you are, Bong.

The only line change I can recall was Devine's Gillingham fiasco.

Not picking on you GOL but it seems that GB fans' favorite pastime is converting WR's to TE's. It's really not that simple. Clark was slight for a WR so I can't imagine him being able to put on enough bulk to play TE. CFB TE's who never learned how to block DL's or OLB's usually have much difficulty trying to do it in the NFL. I can't imagine how much harder it would be for a guy who really only played 1 year of CFB at WR. If he pulls it off, GB found another unicorn.
Don't forget trading for Joe Thomas.
Recall some fans wanting to switch Janis! to TE. Bostick was a WR and they're going to attempt to convert Gibson to TE so the organization likes the move as well as the fans.
The organization moves 1 or 2 but pretty much every "taller" WR that's been in camp or neared his end as a WR has been suggested as being moved to TE at some point on this board. Last example was Jordy. I think I even saw a post suggesting Montgomery. Just waiting for someone to suggest Trevor Davis be moved to TE.
