Thank-God Rodgers injury brings out the rational thinkers here.

I was just gonna post that we should run the wishbone in the 2nd half...but I think the pistol idea has some legs.

Looks like AR injured his calf while scrambling and left the game. (he still completed a TD pass)  He's probably out for the 2nd half.  

Why not play Richardson as the dime LB?  Why does Dom insist on playing Jones?

Jordy was a QB in HS. Maybe MM should give him a shot.

B. Jones does that a lot. Pretty sure he had a crucial one vs. the Seahawks in week one and I thought was going to get flagged vs. Tampa Bay last week. Neither was as blatant and stupid as slapping the QB's helmet, with the ball already gone, in full view of the back judge.

Just a brutal penalty under these circumstances.

Coaches sometimes just get fixated on playing certain players because they look good in practice and do well in the classroom. Brad Jones is probably one of them.

For starters, Richardson isn't exactly tackling very well this game.  We're stuck with Jones, the point is trying to minimize his fail.

It's not irrational.  He just has so many plays that hurts the team.  I have never seen a player bail out another team on a 3rd down with a penalty as often as he does.

Remember that opposing defenses were stacking against the run last season when Eddie won OROY.

Lions will bail on 2 deep and make Flynn beat them. Cobb is finding space in the middle. That shouldn't change. RBs out of the backfield should be there. 

Defense needs to to come up huge in the most important 30 minutes of their season. This is on them now.

Flynn under center against the Cowboys in Dallas doesn't sound like a recipe for success. Winning this one is everything.

I hope MM remembers the screen pass success we have had when they come with pressure. Its a whole different game without the 2 deep.
