Bottom line, this is a mediocre football team.

Without a fully healthy Rodgers, they are a 5-6 win team. At least how the defense is playing - despite what I think is a pretty good level of talent. They have 13 guys on defense who were first to fourth round picks (and 6 1st round picks).

Despite the slew of high draft picks and the fact that Dom needs to go, I still wonder if the talent on D is really there. Seems as though it's a combination of problems.

Only need to change DC. Talent is probably OK.

I've heard and read that for years....if so, sooner or later one of these talented lads could make a freakin play.

they do - as soon as released from GB

Yeah, I don't know how you make a case for Capers to come back. Even with all the injuries in the secondary, it's just beyond me how this group can't play zone and the safeties can't make a play at all.

Well, Rodgers (at about 60%) just needs to lead a two TD comeback against a good defense without his best WR and without any real threat at TE. And we also can't let Carolina get possession of the ball again.

To quote Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber - so you're telling me there's a chance.

cut the players and you can see their talent on other teams

We need a term for Dom's coverages instead of wide open. Wide open doesn't do justice to the other teams in the league whose coverage is labelled as wide open.

Most scouts reporters interview think the following:

1. Clark and Daniels are great DL

2. CM3 still is a good player with a big motor.

3. Martinez is a good ILB

4. The two safeties are individually talented players.

It's not guys getting beat 1 x 1. It's guys running wide open through the middle of the defense.

Is GB officially eliminated with a loss?

No not mathematically eliminated but they need a TON of help

Now you know why stealing the Steeler game was so important.
