Great news. Hope they can keep Bulaga too.
Just like the opening of a porno. Oh, is that a pink feather?
BTW, considering the on field relationship with Rodgers, his QB past and general genius playing in this offense, would anyone be surprised to see Cobb lining up Wildcat only to truly go QB? I think the coaching staff is going to have some serious fun designing plays this year.
He's been around since 2011 without a hint of the 'wildcat.' That doesn't seem like M3's style. Also, with all the weapons they have, I would hate wasting downs with gimmicks.
This is the reason I hate the the Kuhn short-yardage dive. You have the best QB in the game and a battering ram at RB. Why waste a down?
Now that being said, I would like them to have a wildcat package if ARodg has to miss some time. I think that wrinkle would be effective if the club has to roll with Flynn.
Yup, he even whacks off to pictures of his fully clothed lady.
I hope all the gnashed teeth can be fixed by the dentists and orthodontists out there.
Cobb didn't go anywhere. Glad to see he is the smart man I believed him to be.
Forward! Champions!
Let's get Buluga done.
Awesome news! I was starting to waiver a bit too when it sounded like the extra $ from other teams may have been enough to sway him the other way. It's probably more than you 'want' to pay, but it's going to be well worth it.
So Cobb coming out of the backfield on wheelhouse routes, running out of the backfield weren't gimmicks? The point being Cobb's utility and awareness of the offense may actually see the Packers springing the surprise plays instead of being victim to it.
Cobb can't be any worse at QB than Matt Flynn.quote:would anyone be surprised to see Cobb lining up Wildcat only to truly go QB?
Great to hear! Really never thought he wouldn't. Cobb appears to be grounded, humble and packer people. I'm expecting him to be a GBP his whole career.

I see those plays as a package for a hybrid back (RE: Darren Sproles) rather then in the category of the now passe 'Wildcat' which I consider a gimmick.
...would anyone be surprised to see Cobb lining up Wildcat only to truly go QB? ...
It would surprise me.
Two things I could see when Cobb lines up in the backfield:
Going in motion before the snap, and taking it directly from Center.
Taking a pitch from ARod and throwing a HB option pass.
Cobb did throw an option pass in his rookie year. I keep waiting for it to show up again.
Suspect MM's attitude is why have anybody else throw when Aaron Rodgers can do it.
Cobb deep to Janis would melt half the board down.
Moving on to a black hole like Oaktown or Jax (team and city)
Pretty sweeping generalization, doncha think? Here's my neighborhood:

I went to the beach and it was 70 degrees today. Tell me a little something about the paradise you reside in?
Screw you B K. After the month we've had 49 here today felt better than your 70.
My college junior daughter literally just drove into town for spring break there (staying with bf's grandparents). She says its a great place.
Just promise me you won't be ogling any young blondes in bikinis this week. Thx.
But it's not good enough for chickenboy....
Cuqui....as the father of a college-aged daughter, I can assure you, the ogling of college aged girls in bikinis is frowned upon in the Kiel household.
Rodgers gets out...
Floats it...
Cobb!!!
Touchdown, Randall Cobb!
But it's not good enough for chickenboy....

What about out of the household?

Ironically, Tavis Smiley frowns upon it too.
Looks like you live in a place where rich people move to get the hell out of Jax.

Pics?
All tuckered out after that vicious crap?

Cobb takes the snap . . .
Floats it . . .
Rodgers!!
Touchdown Aaron Rodgers!
I like fantasy. It could happen.
Don't you feel good after taking a long, satisfying dump?quote:All tuckered out after that vicious crap?
As long as those fantasies don't involve Aaron Rodgers and a pink feather.quote:I like fantasy. It could happen.

Hells ya. Cute dog, BTW!

no worries. they don't make a powerful enough pil for ol' blair to get excited.
Did you paint that couch yourself? Awesome.
$10m per year is pretty steep for a slot receiver but with Cobb, I don't have any worries that he'll underperform. Technically he isn't even in the prime of his career yet. I was pretty skeptical about the 12 million number thrown around but I'm glad to see AR, Cobb and Nelson around for another 4 years.
Saw on twitter that Cobb and Nelson combined have a lower cap hit than Megatron. Poor Lions......just when they turn things around, the cap hits of Stafford, Megatron and Suh (who will still accounts for ~$10m in dead money this year) are causing them to go right back to the basement. They picked the wrong years to hit on three consecutive top 2 picks.
All three players have performed at high levels (Stafford at times). IMO Lions' problems can't be laid on their doorstep.
Something missing here between Hamilton Jordan and Jeff Klauk in this list of notable residents of Ponte Vedra Beach.
Also, who wouldn't want to live in the same place as Christian Laettner?
yippee! I am thrilled we have Cobb and Tolzien!
I really think we need Bulaga! And I don't think we can afford to lose both House and TWilliams. So I hope we can sign one of the two.
And it's so great to see Brandon Marshall leave the Bores! And let's hope both Suh and Megatron leave the Li-ons!
Okay, so I have high expectations! But Rodgers deserves more than 1 ring! Let's make it happen, Cap'n!
