EDDIE!!!!!!!!

exactly!
Bobblehead Stafford did a feet first slide on a 4th down run, forgetting that a QB is down where he hits the ground when sliding feet first. Turned the ball over on downs deep in Pats territory.
Great game! I think they needed a win like this. Back to Fitty next week!!!
Expected this game to go this route. Gritty gut check win on the road against a division opponent sandwiched between two laughers and a huge game next weekend.
Gladly take this win and move on.
And bless you Eddie Lacy.
Stupid Face > Vince
Hard fought win, in spite of the D trying everything in their power to give it away. Division lead here we come.
The trouble is that Blair Kiel's good friend antiworst hasn't made an appearance. Usually after a couple of posts of him running his yap, the team catches fire.
Go Pack.
I can't copypasta that.
ok #12, its on you to get 2 first downs
the dom defense is back to its ugliness
It never LEFT its ugliness. The Bears offense has been awful this year, and the Eagles got clobbered because Mark Sanchez was terrible. The defense has not improved. All one had to do was watch the Saints game to know that.
I laughed when people on the Milwaukee-Journal Sentinel were calling Capers a defensive guru.
I get the distinct impression you enjoy saying that.
I get the distinct impression you don't know what you are talking about.
I would much rather see our defense play at a consistently good level from week to week. This defense doesn't have to be great for the Packers to be a serious Super Bowl contender. An even above average defense, and this team is a 13 win team.
I want these issues to stop. We can say we're playing at Minnesota, and this is their Super Bowl. Through out all the football cliches you want. The Packers are supposed to be one of the top 2-3 teams in all of football. The Vikings are bottom feeders. Even on the road, this Packers team should be able to beat the Vikings by double digits. Teddy Bridgewater, some running back I've never heard of, and Greg Jennings. That's who the Vikings have. And with a minute or two left in the game, it was still in doubt. There's simply no reason for it.
Am I happy? No. I want these defensive brain farts to stop so we can get back to the Super Bowl.

Bless where his hear is tonight.
First outdoor win in MinneHaHa in over 30 years.
Idaho. Give Granpa a hug and enjoy it together. Prayers out.
Bridge water played pretty well. Only one mistake.
The Vikings also converted a few fourth downs.
That is the type of game we used to lose with Favre because he'd lose patience and throw a few up for grabs.
I'm still not buying the Zimmer hype. Even CKA had his bright moments against the Pack. At the end of the day, Vikings history always repeats itself. Hot name yet inept HC (Green/Childress/Zimmer) paired with inept young QB (Culpepper/Jackson/Bridgewater) and a young star who is the best in his generation at his position yet pisses it all away (Moss/Peterson). The fan base will continue to be a bunch of victim-mentality assholes.

And we are all better off for that.......skol vikes (lower case intended)

I would not include Culpepper in that litany, he was pretty solid until that injury.

He played like the kind of QB I want Minny-ha-ha to have the next 12 years.
I'm going to have to disagree with this. Bridgewater's accuracy was terrible. If he weren't making such mistakes in his accuracy, Minnesota could have won the game.quote:Bridge water played pretty well. Only one mistake.

Green doesn't deserve to be lumped in with the other guys. His teams almost always played the Packers tough (they actually had a winning record against the Pack), and they only missed the playoffs twice during his 10 seasons there. They were one FG from a perfect kicker away from going to the Super Bowl (of course, I'll love Gary Anderson for the rest of my days because of that miss).
I'm going to have to disagree with this and pretty much anything anybody ever posts....... just because.

Now that is hilarious. What was that third week of ass kicking there, Henry? The bye week, or when we got plastered by the Saints?
How many more seasons are we going to waste? Rodgers might be the best quarterback to ever play the game. And yet, though the Packers have gone to the playoffs in each of the last five seasons, in three of those seasons, the defense was clearly the reason we were bounced.
In 2009, the Cardinals scored 51 against us.
In 2010, the Giants scored 37 against us.
In 2011, the 49ers scored 45 against us.
The Packers scored 96 points in those three games. When you score 32 points a game in the playoffs, you shouldn't go 0-3
I'd hoped maybe this defense took a step forward last year, because while we still lost in the first round of the playoffs, we only gave up 23 to San Francisco. Yet again this season, against a big passer like Drew Brees, we got roasted. The only key injury we've really had to our defense this year has been BJ Raji. Other guys have missed some games, but this is the healthiest our defense has been since 2010. And Clinton-Dix has been a huge improvement at safety. Neal is asserting himself finally. And yet against a scrub Vikings team, the Packers had to hang on for dear life.
I'm not freaking out. I'm not walking around kicking the dog, or throwing things. We won, and I'm happy to have escaped with a win. But I know that if the post season comes, and our defense plays anywhere near where it played today, we'll have wasted another spectacular offensive season.
Rodgers in 2011 and 2014 has led the Packers to a combined 23-4 record while running one of the most potent offenses the league has ever seen. He's thrown 75 touchdown passes against 9 interceptions in those 27 games. Mind boggling stats. If we don't at least get to the NFC Championship Game this year, it will be a terrible disappointment.
Neal had some nice plays early in the game, but he really melted down on that last drive.
This is what you're going to incinerate yourself over?
The Carolina game? Remember that one? Did you see some mention of consecutive games there corpse fondler?
Get the **** over yourself if you think anyone wants to read your canned ****ing commentary over a issue that you have no ****ing control over you yammering barnacle. I WANT THIS TO STOP! STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT!
Well guess what Gurney Gus, this has been a topic of discussion for months and those discussions usually are accompanied by a lot of hyperbole but rarely a self entitled stompy pants pooping couched in a repackaged screed of "no schit" dialogue. But you keep making this about yourself there as you make a heroic stand against the injustices of the Packers defense.
Some people beef, kvetch, complain or straight up bitch about a plethora of issues with this team, you sound like you need a hug. Call Buttcherry, he's been holding all day.
