And Grant may have just stepped to the head of the line.

Jennings may not have been the first option..maybe a check down that worked out!quote:Originally posted by pakrbakr:

I love Favre. Is that wrong.
LMAO!!!!!! That was great awareness by #4.

All out blitz. Jennings only had to make 1 guy miss and he did.
Has ESPN said what is wrong with Lynch? I'm listening to the Packers radio broadcast and the ESPN video.

Pinched nerve.

not as willing to accept a FG this time around...the false start really hurts..
boy it sure looked like grant was in on that run that got it to the "1". of course the guys couldn't stop yapping about something else and didn't even bother pulling up a replay.
empty freaking backfield and another penalty.

Thanks.
DAMMIT CLIFTON!!!!!
Seriously M3, NO EMPTY BACKFIELD INSIDE THE FIVE
bigdoggyjude
have to disagree...they did show a replay and he bounced short of the goal line...quote:Originally posted by TheFavreRules:

ugh, wide open
Dammit Favre!!! Those are killers.
Pass sailed on him a bit.

Yep
Clifton and Moll certainly didnt help either.
Stupid Moll & Clifton
damn 2 drives where the Pack are right on the cusp of getting a TD but can't finish it out
I have the Bears game taste in my mouth....There should be at least 21 points on the board. That is crap offense right there.
Man we lead the WORLD in penalties.
bigdoggyjude
Happy with the time of possession dominance but would like to be up by more than 7 points with those two 1st and goal opportunities. We are a "kworst moment" away from losing the lead...
Reminds me of the Bears game. Stupidity keeps them in it. I don't like that we're missing scoring opportunities with Elam on the other sideline.
As much as Denver dominated the 1st Q, we obliged in the second. We found a running game though--we have to keep it up.

brrrrr...just came in from outside...it's cold but the sky isn't falling...
2nd and 22 inside their own 10 and they don't use a timeout. wtf
I'm sure we'll see Woodson on the NFL fines list this week...WTF is up with those socks?
Another....freakin....penalty. On pace for 16 again. WTF is going on???????

These holding calls are ridiculous--it's gotta go both ways.

I also expect the birth of a real running game for the Packers.
Great job by the defense in the second quarter. I believe with Kampman's sack the Broncos actually ended up with negative yardage during that quarter.
Considering the defense they are up against, McCarthy has to be a little more willing to hammer that ball when they get down in the redzone. Second and goal from the 6, no big deal, just keep running to the right.

I'd rather be up by 7 than by 6quote:Originally posted by bigdoggyjude:

Idiot mistakes keeping the Broncs in the game.
With Lynch out, they look severely undermanned on D as well as on offense. Talk about no playmakers other than Cutler.
How hard is it to remember a snap count cliffy?????

the ol sucks and favre should have finessed the ball to driver... no reason to "rocket" the ball to someone 7 yards away
Penalties alone have kept the Broncos in this game. The 2 boneheaded false starts cost them a likely TD. Bigby alone basically gave Denver their only TD with his 2 penalties and then completely blowing the assignment on the TD pass. 8 penalties for 61 yards.
On the bright side Grant has looked much better than any Packer RB thus far this season and Favre seems dialed in, that errant pass to Driver in the end zone notwithstanding.

Oh and please scrap the empty backfield inside the 5 yard line. Enough already...seriously.

This is one of the poorest game threads of all time. So I felt the need to chime in.
