There have been much better athletes that have been busts at WR and TE than Tebow, and they actually played WR and TE in college.

I don't think anyone expects a whole lot out of him (outside of his cultists) but some swing, curl and circle patterns out of the slot/H-Back position isn't out of the question if he can catch the ball. Ballard's good enough to be the #1 guy and maybe they'll get something out of Gronk or Hernandez also.
This whole thing is starting to look like Odin was the drug mule hired by the talent and asked to drive a rental car to the buy in the industrial park and things went horribly wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if any of the 3 guys including Hernandez was even there when things went south but were sitting at home then cleaned up the mess afterward. Scrub the house for prints, destroy the phone, destroy the video. Odin borrowed the car but who knows where he was going. That's my opinion.

He may very well pull an OJ Lewis and walk. But there's only so many high profile acquittals the general population is willing to let slide before calling BS. Hernandez will never get past the phone, video, and top to bottom house scrub.

Years of City Confidential paid off.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports the Patriots had plans to releaseHernandez as soon as he was arrested. The plans went back to last week.

In the coming weeks and months, don’t be surprised if you hear about a head injury Hernandez suffered on Jan. 14, 2012 in the Patriots playoff game against the Broncos.

He got his β€œbell rung” on a goal line carry and sat out the rest of the game. He met with the media after the game and said, β€œI’m good.”

He did undergo concussion tests on the sideline and played the next week against the Ravens. Studies have shown that frontal lobe injuries have a connection with lack of impulse control.
