Flynn can play
Nelson proving he's not just a product of AR's talent
Sweeping the division
Schwartzie's tantrums are always good for a

Reffing kind of sucked, but in the end it didn't matter.
No Packer football for two weeks. Frowner

+ Morgan Burnett played a helluva game
+ no significant injuries
+ Jordy becoming an elite weapon
+ Driver, Grant with huge plays
+ Tramon played better late after a shaky start
+ Great to shut up those thugs from detoilet
+ oh yeah that Flynn guy

- no pressure on QB, but maybe that was just scheme/personnel
- ST miscues (Lee) and poor coverage/tackling
Negatives:

I am not excited to see Flynn. He hasn't done squat when he did go in this year.I do not expect Rodgers to play the entire game, and Flynn is a huge drop off, IMO. I do not think the Packers will win with Flynn behind center. Flynn makes poor decisions and will likely throw a pick six. Flynn will probably not get a starting job next year either.

That. Was. Awesome. They are still 0-for-forever at Lambeau.

Suh with "the belt." Doesn't he realize Rodgers doesn't even hardly do it any more?
When your back up QB is throwing 6 TD's against a playoff team and Jordy Nelson is looking like "White Sterling" you know your offense is humming.

As good as those Favre years were in 94-97 in my lifetime I cannot think of a Packer offense that was this dominating. they basically score whenever they want.
+ Offense was ridiculous today. Great catches by everyone, only 1 bad drop (by JJ in 1st half)
+ Still won resting 3 stars
+ Got Packers +250 before game...$$$
+ Blast to watch game even if it was technically "meaningless"
+ Clifton getting some reps
+ OL as a whole
+ Ryan Grant

- Lions better than I gave them credit for
- Defense still bad
- Special teams gaffes
+ Flynn and the offense as a whole. Thought the line overall did a very good job.

- Defense Still extremely leaky and dumb penalties and missed opportunities really hurt.
Special team gaffes galore. The value to the team of Randall Cobb was never more evident.

I was waiting for that. Skippy must be peeing himself.

That may be funny enough to actually make me watch Skip.

Maybe, but probably not.

Flynn: goes w/o saying
MM: said his team was going to play to win and by god they did. Also for letting AR12 call the 1st half.
Sweeping the Thugs with, what, 7-8 starters on the sideline?
WRs: really stepped up to help their QB
Lambeau crowd: sounded awesome. This is why the team played for HFA.
Calvin Johnson: he's the enemy, but he's an awesome player.

-
Pat Lee. yikes
Pass rush: been discussed enough

Really fun game to watch & listen to. A very sweet win considering the opponent and circumstances. The Thugs aren't Larry and Wayne's fave team, that is for sure. lol

Its not your fault. The talking heads have assured us that it is a guaranteed recipe to flush your season down the toilet. I can only imagine the hell they must be going through trying to come to terms with a team playing it smart AND going for the win.

Packers have their Mojo back
Few penalties
4 forced turnovers
Detoilet played to win and still lost
Watching Schwartz meltdowns.....Priceless

----
Things could be listed but what's the use. We all know what they are.
Someone mentioned "Jordy becoming a weapon"

I would suggest that more importantly he might be becoming a team leader.

On a day with a backup qb, the #1 WR out, #2 back out, a starting tackle out, he was out there making plays in a game, that they did not need to win.

In contrast to Jordy there was Santonio Holmes, a captain for the Jets. He got in a pissing contest with his teammates during crunch time. His team was down and they needed a win to make the playoffs, Instead he gets pulled from the game, throws his helmet on the sideline and starts unbuckling his gear. Sat on the bench, alone, and pouting.
Flynn , Driver ,Nelson ,Finley, Grant , O-line(nice qtr by Clifton) and the rest of the team played a helluva a game.

I think that MM should get a game ball for leading the Packers minus Rodgers,Jennings, Starks ,Matthews ,Woodson ,Cobb and Bulaga to awesome win against a upcoming Lions team.

What a team effort to win without 7 of the teams top players!

Maybe GB will get some ESPN coverage today and tommorrow.

Negative - the Wife DVR'd the game for me while I was out clearing snow and conveniently forgot to record w/ extra time so I missed the final 2 minutes of the game. I have a phone message to the atterny so I hope to get a return call in the morning. What a %^$#!

Matt Flynn gotta keep him or get something for him
Burnett was all over
DD still a force
JJ coming up big lately
Nelson all-pro
OLine
Finley getting some love
Grant
Dline against the run
Snow flurries and crowd enthusiasm

-
Inactive starters
Bonehead plays by Pat Lee
Bonehead penalty by Walden
Bonehead penalty by Bishop
Bad calls by refs
+
Lions still 0-fer-forever at Lambeau
Rodgers calling plays for the first half (he has a future in the NFL)
Flynn
Oline was respectable
Grant showed up
DD lives on

-
Has there ever been a D to give up so many yards and win so many games?

The theme already is that a dome team is able to come to Lambeau and put up big points on the Packers....
In our FF league, I know QB's get 6 pts for passing TD's and I believe 1 point for every 10 yards. There are also points for long passes, but not counting those:

Flynn - 6 TD's x 6 + (480 yards) x 0.10

= 36 + 48

The guy scored at least 84 points. That is flat out unbelievable.
