Say what you will about the Lions, but they're winning games right now with some of their best players on the sidelines. It's ugly, and they're getting lots of help from the keystone cop quality opponents they've been facing in recent weeks, but they're still winning. You really can't ask for much more from them right now if you're a Lions fan.

I still believe that their charmed existence they've been living this season will catch up to them. GB is still the best team in this division. I do agree with Boris, the week 17 game will be meaningless. Maybe DET will be playing to lock up a wild card berth like in 2011.

I remarked in another thread Atlanta was in trouble before this season started. They literally have been decimated by injury, and I think their depth is still mostly thin, at best, because they are still paying a price for the Julio Jones deal.

I just can't stand them because of their fans, and Coach Smith doesn't help.

Boo-friggen-hoo. I'll try to not cry myself to sleep tonight.

Watching that clown Smith on Hard Knocks this year only confirmed my impression of him as an arrogant prick who thinks he's the smartest and toughest guy in the room. He and hipster doofus Demitroff deserve each other.

They're by no means perfect but I'll take MM and TT's business like, grind-it-out approach over douches like that any day.
