Didn't see the game so I've just got one +
Division wins are always plus regardless of style.

Just win baby.....it's the only stat that matters.
Boris posted:Re: Davis. He drew the PI on the long throw from Rodgers. So you're right. Even though that's a PI, it still loosens up the defense. Speed kills.
Rookies drop balls. Hopefully next time he makes the play.
Also Jordy on the outside is 100% where he should be. He's magnificent.
Excellent post.
"Speed kills?" Why, yes, yes it does. And the lack of speed has been killing the Pack's O (not just at WR, but TE & RB) ever since Jordy went down.
Davis dropping that sideline route ball was less than ideal. However, he was more open on that play than I can remember Adams or Cobb being in, in, well I can't remember them being that open.
And you are 100% correct that Davis drew that 66 yard penalty that set up the easy score because he was BEHIND the defender.
The Pack does not really even try and get Cobb deep anymore (they obviously must think he can't get there) and when Adams goes deep he gets zero separation and it turns into a jump ball.
I hope to see more Davis (and Jordy of course) and less of Adams. Cobb should just be kept in the slop.
Adams had only 25 snaps yesterday. Hope to see more of that.

This is a sign that hazing has gone too far.

His long catch and run was from the slot with the LB having underneath coverage. Thing of beauty, and really not fair. On that play, I think if Nelson has his 2014 wheels he might have scored. Lots of downfield blocking and lots of open space.
I like Jordy in the slot and Davis outside. Pick your poison.
Apologies if this has been posted, but this film study was as fun to read as all of last week's coverage was depressing. Mike still capable of a few tricks when he tries.

Injuries or not, at some point, we have to slow down the opposing TEs.
This...a million times this. The middle of the field, especially the RTE, has routinely been open against this D--for YEARS. I can expect a young DB to get burned on a deep play or a WR give them a move that makes them lose a step once in a while--it happens until they are more seasoned. But the TE/slot receivers are ALWAYS seemingly open against Green Bay regardless of who is on the field defending. I just cannot fathom how they have never been able to solve that problem after all of these years. That speaks to scheme.

I do believe his touchdown was from the slot as well.
Hungry5 - I saw Abby on at least one special teams play. (When they were closer to our side of the field.)
Edit: Watching Mason Crosby on Larry McCarren tonight reminded me that Ryan Longwell also showed up for the alumni.
