To me, the big issue with the O-Line is that Bulaga often can't finish games.  He's still a good player when he's in there, but like some others on this team, he has a penchant for injury.  The guy's had some excellent years in GB and was a stalwart on some great teams, but he really has had some trouble staying healthy these past couple seasons.  When he's healthy, the O-Line is just fine, when he's not, I think the dropoff to the other guys is significant.

What happened tp Campen? A couple years ago we were singing his praises as he developed Lane, Linsley, Tretter, etc., and now the Oline play has slipped. Is the talent that bad or is Campen slipping?

In this case, I think it's much closer to bad talent than deficient coaching.

Daktari is still over-achieving, but can struggle against the more elite DEs/OLBs.
Taylor and Linsley are solid. Tretter was a better C, but it's not like Linsley sucks.
The right side is a mess. McCray played well last year, but has been hurt this year.
Bell sucks, but is (apparently) serviceable.
Bulaga is/was a great T, but injuries have kicked his ass, and likely has hastened his demise.

Then, as Fightphoe posted, we get to players like Spriggs who is a borderline bust at this point. Patrick and Murphy are fringe players. Any/all of them have the capability to develop into solid back-up players, but I don't think they are or ever will be starter-caliber either.
Light played well in the pre-season, but is inactive most weeks, so I don't know that he is ready to play.

It's imperative to find a couple of Ts in next year's draft, or at least 1 who is ready to step in immediately. Between the draft and the roster, we can surely find a G for the right side, and lock down that side of the line.

JMHOs, other may vary.

As an aside, if a HC change does occur, position coaches acumen may be moot.

Not sure all 3 sacks were the fault of the offensive-line. They played well enough to win last night in my opinion. Solid run blocking, and decent pass blocking. Slow developing pass plays and a QB who likes to weigh his options is tough on the big uglies.
