What is your preferred drink to kick off the new OOtball season ?
Only in Sconnie do they do chasers it seems. I've ordered these in NY, NO, Cali, etc. They look at me like I'm nuts. I'll be enjoying both tonight...
That's impressive
VERY critical information here. Ounces are in ().
Looks like the Packers isn't too bad a value...

So looks like you get more beer for that 7.75 price. I'm guessing the 8.50 is a concession price.
Thx pboi, good stuff. Beer.
The graph lists prices for ****-beer like miller-bud-coors
IF you want an actual real beer you have to pay more
As far as bang for your buck, Pilsener Urquell typically has the highest alcohol content, but that was before they were purchased by SAB.
Looks like I won't be visiting 1919. Those Beer prices are a crime. Titletown Brewery is the place for me.
yeah, I was just talking the 16oz PBR silos they sell in the concourse.
I'd go for the 20oz at $7.75 if they were selling anything but what they are.
and I know PBR ain't anything special either but it's the best of the worst in this situation.

What is your favorite beer?
The free kind.
The beer chaser, I like. At some point though, can I just get a bloody mary without 73 pounds of food jammed in it? A celery stalk will suffice. Really.
It's like a Chicago Hot Dog with a freaking salad on top of it.
Just a note of caution here. 5 rehabs, 3 mental health stays and 13 trips to the ER convinced me!
I used to blame it on my 100% disability rating after Iraq. Now I blame it on myself because I thought I was immune to it all.
Alcohol is good for people PP. It's advertised all over the place. Politicians are seen drinking it quite extensively. So if they are drinking it must be good for everyone.
There is a little pub in Cedarburg WI that goes pretty minimalist on their Bloody Mary. Morton's.
Beef stick, olive, pickle spear. But they top it with a collosal butterflied shrimp. And it is gloriously outstanding.
I'd be fine if they lost the beef stick. The key is the Mary is on point. And that's all that really matters.

I miss Wisconsin.
I saw a cloud on Tuesday. I followed it in my car. I might trade a kidney for a good thunderstorm.
I've got a great boss. His hobby is making beer. Tonight after work he went and bought 3 pizzas and then brought in 5 of his home brews to sample. A cream ale was the best, and an alt was 2nd best, but all were pretty good. One needed about 3 more weeks in the bottle to finish. It was a little flat but had a nice lemony taste.
Apparently Ben gave a great presentation today in class about growing up in Wisconsin. Driving home after school his best friend said he thinks he'd like living in WI.
Greatest gift I gave my kids was 10 years growing up in Wisconsin. He gets it. My daughter loves Cali. She'll come around at some point.
Northern Cali. Where I was born and raised. I've got a terrible case of Wisconsin. I'm never getting over it. Special place.
My Keil-ette was born in M'waukee in October 1993.
We moved to Flori-duh in January 1994.
She is incredibly proud to be a Wisconsinite.
Here's a peek into my crazy way of appreciating things.
I love to cook. I especially love cooking on Thanksgiving. Friends and family. I spend a week prepping for it. Brined turkey. To this day my daughter tells me which drumstick is hers before it goes in the oven. Green Been casserole from scratch. Even the onion topping is Spanish onion, panko bread crumbs, and a 450 degree oven. I've got it down to a science where I don't miss 20 seconds of football.
Im not sure when it started but for as long as I can remember I wrapped up Thanksgiving by watching Its a Wonderful Life. It's my kick off of the holiday season. Kids got on board with it years ago as well.
My first year in WI I remember pausing the movie and going into the kitchen and noticed it was snowing. I poured a glass of wine and sat outside on the porch for hours watching it snow thinking THIS is a wonderful life.
Yes, I love Wisconsin.

We live in San Diego and raised our kids Wisconsin too
They think its Paradise - land, lakes, waterskiing, tubing, fishing, relatives, Packer games, fireworks 4 sale- on- the- side- of- the- road !?!?
One big non-stop party
You had me Chili...with your hatred of all things Minnesota, I was sure you lived in Hudson or somewhere along the border by the Cities.
My bloody mary comes with home made pickled asparagus. You will remember you had bloody mary's all day long
My hatred of all things Minny was born out of early trips to Lambeau. As it worked out many of my early trips to Lambeau were Viking games.
I've been to many games in my life and it was stunning to watch and listen to those purple clad idiots behave like they'd accomplished something. I couldn't wrap my head around their disposition given their failure. It didn't make any sense. In time I came to understand they just hated Packer success. All the purple Favre jerseys in Stadium View in 2009. Those Jerseys are gone and forgotten. Minny Goodwill stores telling people "We're no longer accepting Favre Jerseys. Ponder jerseys"
i didn't set out to hate the Vikings. They drew first blood. I love the Green Bay Packers more than I hate the Vikings. The Green Bay Packers. Green Bay. Lambeau. That's as good as the NFL gets.
i didn't set out to hate the Vikings. They drew first blood.
My last Viking game was October 24 2010. Brett's last game at Lambeau. Frozen moment in time.
Closest I ever came to rag dolling a Viking fan. November 11 2007 when Al Harris chopped Adrian Petersons knee in two in a 34-0 Packer route and a drunk Viking fan peeing into the urinal was screaming "Only way you stop All Day is with a cheap shot you green and gold ****s". I wanted to roll that 175 pound POS into a purple wad and stuff him into the urinal. Everyone just laughed at him. Over the years there was much laughter.

Probably just proud to say she wasn't born in Florida.
