2 hogs, 2 edge rushers that are strong enough to set an egde in the ground game.   Let the ILB's eat and all 5 of our studs in the secondary in on every down besides 3rd n short.

There have been several comments from 1265 about Quay's skill set allowing him, to stay on the field all 3 downs.  Combine that with the rest of the D's versatility and you may be able to go 3 downs without substitutions in critical situations.  That would be a big advantage for the D.

The 2020 season was shortened by COVID...but Kingsley was showing well that year :

They show some pass and run plays from him, dude is starting to show.

Kingsley Enagbare has put together a couple really good days in a row. Sniffed out a pass in the flat earlier, had a sack and would’ve just had another TFL after he perfectly read a keeper by Ian Book. Rookie edge rusher making a strong case for OLB3.

Apparently played very well today too.

Would be great if he could step up and be the new Gary/Mercilus. That's a critical part of the defense to put pressure on the QB while Gary or Smith get a couple of plays off.

It took #Packers fifth-round rookie JJ Enagbare a couple weeks for things to click in camp, but he’s sure turned his game up in the past week. I have gum for at least 2 sacks today, including one against Ian Book in 2-minute drill. Might be an important depth rusher.

Wow this defense will be impressive

He’s been a nice surprise in a season of disappointments.  I don’t think it’s out of the question he could be a starter caliber player in a couple years.

Tremendous opportunity for the rookie with the unfortunate injury to Gary. He's frequently flashed and I'm excited to see what he'll do with the extended playing time.

Yes. Hopefully he stops gently tapping the helmet of the QB.

He's also now due to draw a ton more attention from the OL than he did with Gary out there.  Temper the expectations.

Well if he shows ANYTHING he must be traded immediately or the front office is incompetent!!!!

Why do that when we can bitch about other drafts or 3rd round picks in general?

He will be extra valuable next year if they need to slowly work Gary back into the lineup. But I have a feeling that Gary will be a quicker than usual return to form since he's young and is a workout demon.

Prophetic.  Enagbare knocking it out of the park as a 5th round pick.  FJB needs to let him release his inner Dean rather than the soft defense that was called all season
