Really hoping Gasser can get another win.
0-0 after 5, only 3 hits so far, 1 by the Crew 2 for the cubs, seems like a pitchers duel so far, who cracks first?
Gasser ran out of gas in 7th, relieved by Hudson, Cubs have guys on 1st and 2nd, no outs
Hudson gets them out of trouble, 0-0 as we go to the bottom of 7th.
Another excellent outing by Gasser. 3 hits, 0 runs, 7 Ks and no Walks in 6 + innings. Too bad the Brewers could get a run to get him a win after such a great effort.
Baseballs best hitter drives in a run 1 - 0 Brewers in the 8th. Still no outs.

Well, Frelick singled with one out in the 8th. At least they won't get no hit.
Brewers come back to tie in the bottom of the 9th. Go to the 10th and Megill gets hit on a line drive that scores the lead run.
Megill did not look good walking out of the game. Got hit right on the elbow of his pitching arm by a hard line drive. If he's lucky, he's looking at a bad bone bruise and about 3 weeks on the DL. Likely much worse than that.
And that will do it. Brewers now down 5-1 after Milner has to rush in after Megill leaves with the injury and gets lit up.
Hard to win when the bats go silent. Hoping the best for Megill.

Seems crazy to me that you would pull your pitcher in that situation. I think MLB managers these days are terrified of letting their pitcher going over 100 pitches.
